After check in found out the bed was still dirty and TV never worked for any good channels. The bed hiegiene was not considered well and value for money was not considered.

We discussedour visit with the hotel management and planned our itenerary with their help.
Pros:

The General Manager Mr. Gajendra Chaube is an exceptionally good-natured and knowledgable person. He was instrumental in guiding and facilitating our itinerary and visits to the city. We comfortably had the darshan of Lord Kashi Vishwanath and enjoyed the Subeh-e-Benaras and the evening aarti at the Ganges.

Cons:

There is always scope for improvement. We shared our needs verbally with the available staff. The upkeep of the bathrooms will add to the charm of the stay. Hotels should take steps to remove mosquitoes that are abundantly available in the city.

Cons:

It was very cold and humid. The hotel.is not equipped for cold weather. The room.was not clean to high standards. Restaurant also was very expensive.
