Not worthy. Only harassment
Pros:

Only the swimming pool, which I didn’t use

Cons:

Sink in the washroom was spilling water outside the sink during usage, which leads to unnecessary wetting of the clothes.
Staff behaviour was very rude. There was no official staff at desk after 10:00 PM. Even the receptionist was not taking my call because I was late by 10 minutes.
AC was not working properly for the whole night. No buffet in breakfast.

Pros:

Very clean and spacious room, attentive staff and good location for getting around Thane. The beds especially were very large and comfortable.

Cons:

The room is next to a restaurant/ bar that is very loud but the music ends around 10/11pm so it's not too bad overall.

Excellent staycation
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly. The property itself was luxurious and had many amenities like a swimming pool, 3 restaurants, and a pickleball court. Would recommend booking this hotel!

Very bad experiences.
Pros:

Actually, I reserved including break fast. When I occupied, they never told that break fast was not included. In the morning when I went for break fast , I was unceremoniously sent out from the dining hall. When I called the reception, they told that you were not eligible; they never console or arrange the breakfast with subsidized rate etc.

Cons:

Actually, the flesh out washing pipe is very stiff and also pour water with speed; very difficult to wash properly.

Very important: the Razai provided in the room was sweating smell. As it was rainy season, it was very much smelling; not cleaned at all.

Moring I saw rainy water was on the floor as well as on the steps on the way from 2nd floor lift to my room 206. It was cleaned only after 11 am.
