Pros:

The staff was friendly

Cons:

The photos representing the hotel are fake- I reserved based on those photos. The room was somewhat clean, there was ants all over the walls and kept climbing on me. The walls of the room needed cleaned, I am not sure if it was mold or not. The bed blanket and sheet had burn holes, there was no amenities at all- the location was dangerous and undesirable- there was no place I could obtain food from a local restaurant or warung- I left as soon as I could

Pros:

It was comfortable enough for a 1 night stay before taking the ferry to Batam. The staff was also nice, despite not speaking great English.

Cons:

They do not have wifi, which can be a bit of an issue when travelling. but the managers did (I think) share his internet with us, which was very kind of them.
The hotel is quite noisy and many guests are making noise until late at night (a bit like all Belawan actually).
