「Hotel　staffの神対応」
Pros:

Staff「トキマツ」様へ。roomkeyのカードを、間違えて、駐車場の券を持って部屋外に出てきてしまった私に、「Can I help me？」と言っただけで、即座に新しいroomkeyカードを出して下さった、その対応に、心から感謝申し上げます。communication能力とは何かを、教えられました。
