さすがのドーミーインだと感じる宿です
Pros:

大分駅前で便利な立地にあります。
非常に快適で、大浴場も気持ちよく使わせて頂きました。

Cons:

部屋の向きで仕方ありませんが、窓からのビューは近くのマンションだけになってしまいました。

Comfortable, clean, and efficiently run.
Pros:

The location is really good, just a few minutes' walk from Oita Station, the bus terminal, and numerous restaurants and local food courts. The baths in the rooftop Onsen were clean, relaxing, and well maintained. The sauna was also a great bonus.

Cons:

The only thing that didn't quite suit me was the pillow, but that is purely a matter of personal preference and did not affect the quality of our stay.

初ドーミーイン、APA以上のお得感！
Pros:

駅近でソニックでの移動からのアクセスが良かった。
大浴場を出たところでアイスやヤクルトの無料があったり、夜鳴きそばの無料（23時以降はカップラーメン）が地味に嬉しかった。

チェックインの時に、手続きが殆どモニター操作のため、スタッフとの対面が乏しく不明な事ばかりでした
