Pros:

Friendly receptionists. Tastefully furnished, immaculately clean and spacious room.
Located in a nice area. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the vicinity.
As we will be back to the hotel in a few days, we were allowed to store our luggage free of charge - we appreciate this extra.
Pictures on their website depict reality!
We had a very pleasant 2days' stay and can definitely recommend Northway hotel.

Overall ok

Cons:

Staff maintaining a rough face particularly at reception. I experienced this while checking out. Check in was good. Food spread is not at all good. Even Dosa is not there. The person counter did not even bother the guest.

Breakfast was good but few more dishes may be added, for location is in the heart of commercial and shopping area.

The water in the washroom, including wash basin and bathing water are coloured and seems they use recycled water which is stinky badly.

Cons:

Service was very bad, flush was not working,sawar had problem, the bed sheet had blood stain, After complaining in reception also the staffs were trying to cover up everything by telling stories, rather than being sorry.I thought they don't know how to say sorry for their mistake. The reception staff don't know how to behave the customers..... didn't expect this after payment of 7000/-rs in 2 days
