Cons:

Our stay was okay, but the comfort was lacking. We chose a 10-bed dormitory, but the space was insufficient. Despite being only five members, we felt cramped. The double-decker beds posed a problem; the top bunks were inaccessible due to the low ceiling height. Furthermore, hot water was not available 24/7. We only had hot water after sunrise, and none during nighttime. This made it extremely challenging, especially in the cold temperatures.

Don't waste your money!!!

Cons:

The location is very difficult to reach even by car. As we traveled by van, we could not park at the premises of the property. We were forced to park our van 1.2 km away from the dormitory.
The employees are keen on extracting money for each and everything. Though booking.com says no prepayment is required, the person from the property called me next day and asked me to pay a token amount as advance otherwise booking could not be confirmed. So I paid advance payment.
Nobody was there at the reception to attend the queries.
The dormitory was too small to accommodate 20 persons. It was dirty also. Hot water was available only for 4 persons (out of 20!) to take bathe. They didn't provide hot water even after several requests.

Recently visited Ooty with group of friends (7members)
We opted for dormitories which is budget friendly for 2days it costed 6720rs with taxes for 7members.but we checked in earlier so they charged 140 per person..we booked dormitories but they provided us deluxe room which is very good they said that for 1day stay deluxe next day they shift to dormitories but they didn't change for 2days we stayed in deluxe rooms only....for extra mattress+pillow+blanket charged extra 300 per day
There is no problem for transportation and food everything available Zomato swiggy available..if you want transportation they will provide.if you are going with your friends,family or solo this is the best place to stay
Staff recieving everything is excellent you just feel like you are at home ambience also nice
