Location and The location, parking, and facilities are good. The town view and sunrise are amazing. However, the bathroom’s inner curtain is damaged. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Good Place for short stay in OOTY.
Pros:

The room was well maintained, staff were very helpful all the time( specially the reception staff, they are ready to guide on the best places to see in ooty.

The rooms were good

Cons:

The pillows were solid like rock that gave neck pain and the staff said that's the only type of pillow that they have. They even charged for a broken glass which none of the hotels do.
