Good Place for short stay in OOTY.
Pros:

The room was well maintained, staff were very helpful all the time( specially the reception staff, they are ready to guide on the best places to see in ooty.

The rooms were good

Cons:

The pillows were solid like rock that gave neck pain and the staff said that's the only type of pillow that they have. They even charged for a broken glass which none of the hotels do.

actually I want to celebrate my first anniversary and I told him to decorat my room and I will pay exta charge to you but he said no sir my manager will not allowe then I said ok I will send someone to decorate then also he said no he spoiled my anniversary

Location,staff behaviour was good..parking was spacious and safe with proper boundary wall
