Cons:

Staff behaviour was very rude & harsh. Even scolded us. The staffs on duty at 9/00hrs on 05/05/24 were hopeless and should be taken on task so that in future no other customers get that type of treatment. We went to other hotel for our stay in kolkata. As they didn't entertain us at all. Ok thanks it was a very great experience.
