A very rewarding and satisfactory stay at Summit Newa Regency!
Pros:

The entire experience right from checking in till checking out it was great. Smiling staff, good chef, a great breakfast and dinner. The view of Kanchendzonga from the balcony simply made the holiday very very satisfying.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike to be very honest. Even the bathrooms were neat and clean and had adequate water supply, which its sometime a problem in hill stations. We were two males and opted to the family room and it had two king sized bed and after all the days roaming around was the best place to crash into for a good night sleep.

Staff service is very good. Service from restaurant and house keeping.

Cons:

The hotel doesnt have a lift. The rooms are mostly retro fitted forodern facilities. Definately dont diserve the high prize.

Pros:

Old property needs proper maintainance. Some kind of bad smell in the room and the bathroom seems unclean.
The curtains are so unclean. Really not value for money.
