Best option to stay in medium budget
Pros:

the hotel is the best option to stay in a medium budget. its like a European boutique hotel with all facilities available and location is spot on the main road on Hazratganj area. all tourist locations, airport, station are nearby.Rooms, washroom are well maintained & hygenic. Staff is very good. Special mention to staff 'Rishi' , who was well behaved and helpful.

Great stay
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was the best I have used in India. The hotel is near a metro station but the metro only has one line, so not much use for sightseeing

Cons:

No window in the room.
No hairdryer.
No dining area so had to eat breakfast/food in the bedroom.
Despite above we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing comfortable, friendly and helpful
Pros:

Spotless clean room, very modern and comfrortable. Amazing nice, superclean and comfortable bathroom.
Excelent friendly and helpful reception.
We mostly recomend Gangha Maiya

Earlyer check- in would be a benifit

Un hôtel parfait pour un séjour à Lucknow
Pros:

L’hôtel était extrêmement propre, le personnel adorable et compétent et sa situation près d’une station de métro permet des déplacements très faciles lorsqu’il y a des embouteillages
Le personnel nous a indiqué les bonnes adresses de restaurants comme de lieux intéressants à visiter 👍

Cons:

Certaines chambres étaient bruyantes car au bord de la route qui est très animée

The location is very good Little noisy. Road Touch. In house restaurant service is also very good Test and preoarations are good.. Friendly aproach of Staff And service people. Cleanlyness is worth praising. Ready to help .

Pros:

A nice hotel with a comfy bed and good bathroom.
The metro is a minute walk away, this is very easy to use and got me on the way to the places I wanted to visit. I also took the metro back to the airport, it was very quick compared with a taxi.

Cons:

I had the choice of a room on the road side which was busy and noisy, or a room at the back. I chose the back room, it was quiet but it didn't have a window. I stayed 3 nights and really missed having a window.

Enjoyed the stay. Would recommend the hotel
Pros:

Location was good. Hotel rooms were spacious, extremely comfortable and very clean. Staff was always polite, respectful and smiling. Food was good. They don't have a resturant but offer room service.

Très bon emplacement
Pros:

Petit hôtel très proche du métro et de la gare, très pratique. La salle de bain est très bien, tout est propre. Le personnel est très sympathique, toujours prêt à vous aider.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de fenêtre dans la chambre et une ventilation bruyante que je n'ai pas réussi a arrêter dans la salle de bain. Les chambres à l'arrière de l'hôtel semblent plus calmes.

Very clean, great staff great value for money!
Pros:

Staff were absolutely fantastic! Really kind and brilliant hosts giving us suggestions and tips of where to visit. The hotel has lovely decor, the room exceptionally clean. Tea, coffee and shower gel nice touch. Food was really good, be aware no restaurant all food served in room - perfect for us.
