Met the expectations.. Good service for the price.
We have to climb to the top for check in with our luggage, which was too bad. The prices of the food and beverages were too costly.

The location on top of a hill, gave a beautiful view of the tree line, as also the sunset.
It's quite an athletic feat to climb up the steps; so, the fitness inclined folks can count the workout as a plus.
The pool didn't look inviting at first, but later it was cleaned by the staff, and I took a refreshing dip.
The authentic Goan food cooked by the female staff was fantastic. The staff was polite and helpful.
The mattress was bad.
Located on a hill also comes with its drawbacks--- the sheer height and number of steps can make this place inaccessible to families with small children, senior citizens.
Food cooked by the male staff was terrible. He tried to pass off Chinese style chilly chicken as Goan Chilly Chicken. Thankfully, I was not charged for it.

Only problem was the number of stairs to reach the room. Food was not the best, can be better.

The property is located on peak, very beautiful. Well maintained outdoor with gardening as well. Would recommend for sure.
The room were found with carpenter ants. Also would like to mention that atleast water bottles should be on the house.
The cooks are good. The food is fresh. The location is nice. Known by all nearby. Owner is helpful. Staff is courteous. Enjoyed my stay
As it's an wooden property, some of the walls are chipped off and have an distinct smell which can a bit weird at times
Good recreation from the Buzzing Goa. Nearly Centre to both North and South of Goa. Wooden cottages are a treat. Friendly staff. Pool is a Bonus. Can explore plenty of places in and around Centre of Goa.
Bit pricey, Probably thats the Goa story.
