The location is good in parts, and as of Jan 2025 is incomplete. Bad mattress, ok food.
Pros:

The location on top of a hill, gave a beautiful view of the tree line, as also the sunset.

It's quite an athletic feat to climb up the steps; so, the fitness inclined folks can count the workout as a plus.

The pool didn't look inviting at first, but later it was cleaned by the staff, and I took a refreshing dip.

The authentic Goan food cooked by the female staff was fantastic. The staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

The mattress was bad.

Located on a hill also comes with its drawbacks--- the sheer height and number of steps can make this place inaccessible to families with small children, senior citizens.

Food cooked by the male staff was terrible. He tried to pass off Chinese style chilly chicken as Goan Chilly Chicken. Thankfully, I was not charged for it.

Worth for the money paid. Extremely relaxing staycation

Best get away property, however was charged for water bottles, where usually it is suppose to be on the house.
Pros:

The property is located on peak, very beautiful. Well maintained outdoor with gardening as well. Would recommend for sure.

Cons:

The room were found with carpenter ants. Also would like to mention that atleast water bottles should be on the house.
