Es lohnt sich hierher zu kommen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Danke Alexandra !
Pros:

Wir sind herzlich begrüßt und umsorgt worden. Das Zimmer war gemütlich mit Balkon, sehr sauber. Auf alle unsere Wünsche ist sofort eingegangen worden. Das Abendessen draußen am Restaurant war sehr lecker und traditionell bulgarisch.

Eccellent place for relaxing weekend and visit the Rila Monastery
Pros:

Owners were super nice and available. Food was very good.

MUY CONTENTOS
Pros:

Los dueños, Alexandra y David fueron muy agradables. Nos facilitaron la estancia en todo momento. David además hablaba muy bien el español. Cenamos y desayunamos también muy bien. Establecimiento bien alojado para recorrer la zona y el Monasterio de Rila, a una media hora. Habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. Lugar tranquilo con buenas vistas desde la habitación.

Gutes Hotel im Rila Gebirge
Pros:

Nette Unterkunft im Rila Gebirge, kurzer Weg zum Rilski Kloster. Sehr nette Gastgeber.
Restaurant im Haus (schlicht aber günstig, Chefin des Hotels kocht selbst, sehr lecker!)

Cons:

Junior (Sohn/Neffe?) ist noch etwas unbeholfen, das macht die Chefin aber mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit locker wett

Absolut sauber. Abendessen sehr wenig Auswahl..Frühstück wird jede Scheibe Brot, Eier,Honig, Käse und Kaffee extra berechnet.
Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ansonsten gepflegte Unterkunft.

הנאה חלקית מאוד
Pros:

הבעלים מאוד מאוד נחמדה ואכפתית. לא יודעת אנגלית אבל היא השתמשה בגוגל תרגום.
כשהבינה שהזמנו חדר לשלושה ואנחנו רק זוג - באה לקראתנו ונתנה לנו הנחה.
המיקום היה נוח ליציאה בבוקר למנזר רילה.
הנוף מהחדר מאוד יפה.
יש פוטנציאל נפלא למקום וכדאי לשים לב ולכתוב בבוקינג מה המקום מציע.

Cons:

אתר הבוקינג של המקום לוקה בחסר לדעתי:
1. כתוב שהמקום מקבל כל צורת תשלום ומתחת לזה בסוף השורה - מקבלים מזומן בלבד. אין זו אשמת הבעלים כי מבחינתה זה כתוב, אבל ללקוח לדעתי צריך להדגיש את העובדה שאין אפשרות לשלם בכרטיס אשראי.
2. ארוחת הבוקר לא כלולה במחיר. גם זה לא כתוב בצורה מודגשת.
3. מהחנייה יש הרבה מדרגות. הבעלים באה ועזרה אבל זה לא פשוט בכלל.
4. מלבד העובדה שיש הרבה מדרגות עד ל"קבלה", אין מעלית. יש צורך לכתוב בצורה ברורה באתר שאין מעלית.
לא קשור לאתר אלא למקום עצמו:
1. ריח של מקום ישן, למרות שהיה נקי.
2. המצעים היו נקיים, אבל לא נעימים למגע.

Pros:

Todo, la amabilidad tanto de David, que habla perfectamente español, como su abuela que cocina muy bien. Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. Nos dieron de cenar en la terraza y tuvimos una velada increíble.

Très bon accueil. Parfait pour un voyageur qui cherche la simplicité
Pros:

J'ai été reçu par la famille propriétaire. Il s'agit d'un hôtel qui s'apparente à une maison d'hôtes.
J'ai pu diner sur place et c'était excellent.
Cela correspondait très bien à mon besoin, mais ce n'était pas luxueux. Donc il ne faut pas s'attendre à du grand luxe au risque d'être très déçu.

Cons:

Le fait de passer par la douche pour accéder au lavabo. il faut prévoir de se laver les dents avant de prendre sa douche.

Hôtel où vous découvrirez toute la rusticité du contact humain (centaur hôtel) et confort sommaire
Pros:

La situation dans le village
Terrasse très agréable

Cons:

Confort sommaire
Personnel du restaurant profondément antipathique peu enclin à vous décrire les mets proposés à la carte (quant à elle inexistante )
David est l’exemple édifiant de l’être humain ( l’ours slave) bourré de testostérone froid antipathique et à l’air suffisant et autoritaire
L’exigence à payer en liquide après chaque repas plutôt que de le porter en compte lors de la facture finale.
