Güzel ve temiz bir otel.
Pros:

Lokasyonu, temizliği, oda büyüklüğü çok iyidi. Kahvaltısı bekletimizin üstündeydi, oldukça güzeldi.

Cons:

Akşam saatlerinde giriş yaptık fakat temazsız check in sistemi çalışmadı, neyse ki sonradan resepsiyondan yardımcı oldular.

joli hôtel bien placé mais personnel malhonnête et mauvais

grande chambre très spacieuse et lit confortable. bon petit déjeuner et à 15 minutes à pied d'europapark.

Normalement je m'en fiche du personnel, mais cette fois ça vaut la peine de le commenter car il était vraiment mauvais. je me présente à la réception en demandant si quelqu'un parlais français ou italien et la dame me regarde comme si je parlais chinois, alors que même si elle parle pas ces 2 langues elle a bien compris ce que je voulais dire (on est certainement pas les premiers touristes). elle regarde à l'ordinateur faisant semblant de pas avoir compris et me dis qu'elle ne trouve pas la réservation avec le nom de famille "Français" ni "italien"............... je lui dis que ce n'est évidemment pas mon nom de famille.... bref. En outre, on nous a facturé un supplément car j'ai réservé une chambre double mais apparemment c'était que pour 1 personne, alors que sur booking j'ai bien réservé une chambre double pour 2 personnes, évidemment (c'est une blague?). Ils ont rien voulu écouter, au contraire, ils ont bien dit que ce n'était pas de leur faute si j'avais fait la réservation pour 1 seule personne pour payer mois. (pardon?). elle nous a montré sur booking et la différence de prix était de 10 euros alors qu'il nous ont facturé 37 euros. Les 2 dames à la réception sont vraiment malhonnêtes. Ca faudrait la peine de leur faire un avertissement

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos über den Computer am Empfang, und die Anweisungen wurden uns rechtzeitig und klar zugesandt.
Das gesamte Hotel war sauber und freundlich dekoriert. Das Frühstück war köstlich. Der Aufenthaltsraum und die Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Hotel sowie im Flur waren praktisch. Unser Auto konnte sicher auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz über Nacht abgestellt werden. Das i-Tüpfelchen war der Gutschein für den Europapark-Parkplatz, den uns das Personal beim Check-out überreichte.
Alles in allem waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

Cons:

WLAN Empfang war nicht überall gut .

L'emplacement est idéal et permet de se rendre à Europa-Park et Rulantica à pied.
Petit-déjeuner tout à fait correct excepté le café que je n'ai pas du tout aimé.
Personnel très sympathique et disponible.

Cons:

Le bruit le soir dans les couloirs et les portes qui claquent. Peut-être qu'il serait utile de rappeler aux clients d'être plus discrets en soirée.

Super nah an den anderen Europa Park Hotels, fußläufig in circa 10-15 Minuten am Haupteingang, sehr sauberes Hotel, Personal super freundlich
