Nel bagno della stanza numero 3 il rivestimento della vasca era rovinato e rugginoso e inoltre era tato messo un solo asciugamano corpo anche se le persone erano due.

Okay, so the heating system was strange. Almost to the point of being comical. They had a brand new, state-of-the-art, split air pump. Which would have been wonderful, except there was no way to control it. Someone attempted to place an on-off switch on the wall, but it was defunct. I'm not sure why they couldn't have left the remote that comes with these machines. Sure, sometimes people steal remotes. (Which is weird in and of itself). But probably investing in extra remotes would be worth it. It was so hot! The machine wouldn't turn off. It was February and we slept with the balcony doors open. Which made it comfortable, but I felt bad for the waste of electricity.

The reception lady during check-out was very rude, and requested me to pay 10 euros extra for keeping my small rucksack a few hours (to walk around without bag until my departure). Upon collecting my rucksack I told them that I would pay the 10 euros but that I believed it was unacceptable, this was written nowhere, and my rucksack had caused no expense to the hotel whatsoever. I told them that it was just a scam to make extra money out of tourists. They were so embarrassed that finally told me it was okay and I did not have to pay. Shame on them, it ruined my experience with this hotel.

Hotellet lyckades ej lösa problemet. Fanns vatten första kvällen ,men rören var rostiga så vattnet var rött av all rost.

Ruido incesante que no te deja descansar. Cama vieja que te destroza la espalda. La ducha es viejísima y casi no sale agua, tampoco sale agua caliente. El segundo día de estancia hubo un corte de agua y su compensación fue darnos dos botellas pequeñas de agua con gas

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. On the first day of our stay, the water coming out of the tap was red, which was both dangerous and completely unacceptable. During the following two days, the situation became even worse, as there was no water at all, nothing was coming out of the taps.

When we went to the reception to complain, we were repeatedly told that they would contact the manager. However, the manager was unreachable for two full days and did not respond to calls or provide any solution.

Eventually, we received almost half of the total amount back, but only after significant pressure and after experiencing ironic and dismissive behavior from the staff.

The overall handling of the situation was highly unprofessional and far below basic hospitality standards. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Noisy, especially the heater and the fridge, once we turned those off it was okay. Nothing to make yourself a cup of tea/coffee. No compensation after a water outage that came at the worst possible time. Staff that argues in front of the customers and that made a fuss when my sister came up to my room with me for a few minutes. The shower head is so clogged with limescale that the water only comes out of three holes, creating enormous pressure that hurts.
