Cons:

Stay away from this hotel; what they advertise bears no relation to what you actually get. They use the "non-refundable" category as a pretext to keep your money. They don't answer the phone or reply to messages, especially when you go through Booking.com, a company that is even worse than the hotel itself. Once you’ve paid, they wash their hands of the matter, and in the end, neither party takes responsibility or steps up to address your issues. Don't let yourself be fooled or scammed; the two of them make the perfect team for exactly that.

החדר נוח, מסודר בצורה טובה ומאובזר היטב. הרצפה ממש מלוכלכת מלאה אבק. מזרון וכריות לא נוחים. צוות נהדר. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת. המיקום לא רע - צמוד לתחנת רכבת תחתית. לא קרוב לאטרקציות (כחצי שעה הליכה או נסיעה קצרה).

Decent Stay
Pros:

The rooms were comfy and the cooling worked perfectly. The location is great. Well connected. Overall it is a good value for money. Most of the staff was polite and courteous.

Cons:

There was, however, one disappointing service experience. A small issue arose during our stay and, after being directed between reception and another part of the hotel, I was eventually simply told that nothing could be done. The issue itself was minor, but what disappointed me was the lack of effort or willingness to find a solution. For a four-star hotel, I would have expected a more proactive and guest-oriented response, especially as the rest of our interactions with the staff were generally very positive.

For a one night stay, it was great and convenient to the station.

Hotel perfeito para uma visita à cidade de Roma.
Pros:

Limpeza e estado dos quartos. Sem estar no centro histórico de Roma, permite aceder facilmente, seja a pé, cerca de 15 minutos, seja de metro que fica a 1 minuto da entrada do hotel.
