管理が行き届いていませんでした。
Cons:

宿泊パッケージがわかりにくいです。
コーヒーメーカーの水不足で使うことが出来ませんでした。
替えタオルが不足しており、交換できませんでした。
部屋のドアを開け放して会話をしている宿泊者がいるため、声が部屋まで抜けてきます。

Cons:

早朝にチェックアウトしたくて選んだ宿でしたが、チェックアウトの仕方がわからず困った。全てが英文のメールでの指示でスタッフがいない。チェックアウト後にチェックアウトの仕方がメールで送られてきた。
また、モニターが置いてあったが、ネットに繋がないと地上波のTVも見ることが出来ない。
浴室も狭くシャワーを浴びるのも窮屈だった。

Pros:

長岡花火大会の日に利用したので、チェックインが遅い時間でも対応していただいたのは、とてもありがたかった。
チェックアウトも遅めに設定いただき、イベントに合わせて融通を利かせてくださる、配慮の行き届いた施設だと感じた。
また、隣の温泉も素晴らしかった。

Pros:

Sehr gut war der Service für den Check-in. Auch der Zugang zum Onsen im Nachbargebäude ist optimal.

Cons:

Wir haben ein sehr kleines Zimmer bekommen. Mal für einen Zwischenstopp kein Problem, aber als Basislager für Wanderungen eher ungeeignet. Man merkt, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Außerdem ist die Lage ohne Auto ehe runangenehm, da es entweder 0,5h oder 1h zum Bahnhof ist.

コスパは良かった。
Pros:

料金が安かった。
チェックインの仕方は口コミよりはわかりやすいと思った。事前に何度も注意点が✉️できていたので。また、近くの温泉に割引料金で入れたのでよかった。いい温泉でした。

Cons:

まず、入り口の階段が荷物を持って入るのには大変すぎた。また、受付に人がいる時間を狙ってチェックインしたのに、誰にも会えなかった。もちろん朝食の申し込みも出来なかった。きっと朝食の申し込みは、冬季だけたのかもしれないと思った。近くに飲食店がないのでちょっと困りましたが、ただ泊まるだけならコスパがいいので良いのかもしれません。また利用するかは微妙ですね。
