Excellent place to unwind
Pros:

Location is amazing, beachfront property. The Manager Mr. Nehpal is a very helpful man. Food was good and delicious. Staff was very co-operative and polite.

Best beachside location, spacious and clean rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. Good food from the on-site restaurant. Peaceful and relaxing at the quieter end of the beach. 😍

Pros:

Clean rooms that look like the Booking.com pictures. AC is attached to a thin wall above the bed that makes the bed vibrate and struggles during the day with the room size but it cools sufficiently at night. Bathroom is a good size and water pressure is good.

Cons:

Rooms were overpriced considering site facilities and level of customer service available during our stay. Having spent the week in Agonda we’d recommend staying elsewhere if you have this much money to spend.

Cons:

What they advertise on booking.com and reality is very different.
They say bar is available in ad but they are not serving any liquor at beach shack in Goa. They say buffet breakfast but reality is very different, chef literally argues and tries to insult the guest. Very poor attitude, even after escalating the issue manager never shows up on property stating he is busy.

Fantastic location and setting. Comfortable beds

Cons:

Cash only. (Only told when booking in) We had to collect monies from a cash point 45mins walk away, 1.5h round trip. After fetching monies the reception had no adequate change. Powercuts are regular in the area. Each power cut caused the aircon to stall and then be warm before settling to cool air.

Great value. Definitely stay again
Pros:

Villas here are a good size, with a comfortable queen bed. The food was very good, we had breakfast here everyday as couldn’t fault it. The staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. AJ in particular was first class. 10/10 for value.

Cons:

Having stayed in Goa before I know the importance of ear plugs so the air conditioning unit didn’t bother us. If you’re first time visiting bring ear plugs to guarantee a good night sleep.

This is the beach getaway you've been dreaming about
Pros:

Miles better than other properties in the area. Everything is done with care and our host Molly was so helpful and attentive, we really enjoyed our stay. It's distanced from the crammed beach area and cottages have reasonable distance from each other, unlike most other places that we saw. You can wash your feet before entering the cottage which was so great, since the whole area including the restaurant is sandy we simply didn't wear shoes for two days we stayed there. Speaking of the restaurant, it was one of our favourites throughout the entire stay. We had to stay at a different property later because this one was booked up, and kept coming back to their restaurant since everything was so delicious, and it was one of the few places in Goa where salads had enough leafy greens. I really regret not booking more days here.

Cons:

There is a gap between the roof and the wall in the bathroom and lots of mosquitoes enter. There should be nets both at the entrance door and also in the toilet vent so that it's possible to leave the doors open sometimes. Since there was no net we were forced to always use air conditioning even though the temperature in the evening was very pleasant.

Great location right on the beach. Basic rooms but very comfortable and spacious, lovely atmosphere. Helpful and accommodating staff.

Cons:

No hot water in the rooms.
WiFi was intermittent.

The hut was clean, the linen was clean and fresh.

The live barbecue was great.

Cons:

The hut gets very hot during mid afternoon. Some greening might help?

The price did not include breakfast.

The approach road is a bit dicey.
