Short & Unpleasant stay
Pros:

A lift facility was available to assist senior citizens and the elderly.

Cons:

The property is situated in a narrow alleyway, jam-packed with traffic during the day and making manoeuvring a car very uncomfortable.

The staff are rude and very laid-back which is unprofessional. The open garbage dump yard next to the hotel gives off a slum-like vibe.

Pros:

La struttura non eta nuova ma recentemente ristrutturata e pulita. La camera all'arrivo era pulita, per la pulizia nei diversi giorni bisognava chiedere e a volte si dimenticavano, non è stato fornito un bollitore elettrico nonostante le richieste ripetute e nonostante fosse previsto in dotazione della camera. L'acqua calda i primi giorni arrivava, gli ultimi quattro giorni, nonostante le assicurazioni della reception che sarebbe arrivata non è arrivata, quasi una presa in giro, si è aspettato anche un'ora e mezza ma non è mai arrivata. Il responsabile un giovane dai capelli lisci non era sempre gentile, mentre il responsabile un signore dai capelli ricciolini era gentile.

This place is an absolute dump. The photos are clearly outdated and completely misleading. The room was filthy,nothing had been cleaned, and dust covered every surface. It felt neglected and unhygienic in every way. Avoid this property at all costs.

Pathetic Hotel. Please dont go by the reviews given on Booking.com.
They are all paid. Please check Google reviews.
Zero facilities. AC Geyser didnot work and you will have to call the reception multiple times. Staff behavior was extremely rude. They denied cab service for us (girls) in the middle of the night as we had to go the airport.
