If coming from out of India, I would not trust booking here!
Pros:

Upon reaching the hotel at night, we were informed that our room was given to someone else. The front desk attendant told us that they had a sister property a few buildings down which had a room available and took our payment. Upon getting to that room, we noticed the torn comforter, dirty walls, uncomfortable bed. They said it was their budget hotel but since it was already night time, we did not want to look for another hotel. We stayed there for a few hours, did not even take a shower, and left early next morning as we did not feel safe!

Cons:

They gave our room away, offered us a budget hotel a few buildings down instead!

Cons:

The AC wasn’t working, the room was way too small and definitely not worth the price. We booked a king-size bed but they gave us two separate beds instead. The photos online made the place look amazing, but in reality it wasn’t even close

Zeer goed hotel op uitstekende locatie.
Pros:

Goede, grote kamers. Uitstekende locatie. Personeel was vriendelijk. Leuke Flamingo bar.

Cons:

Het restaurant trok ons niet. Niet gezellig. We hebben in de Flamingo bar gegeten.

Pros:

Every hotel breakfast will start at 6 am or 6.30 am. Staff told breakfast start time is 8 am. Since my train was at 8.30 from Trichur we couldn't had the breakfast even though i paid for it.

No support for taking luggage to room, need to improve the hospitality service not customer friendly
