Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, auch wenn nicht immer alles vorrätig war oder nachgelegt wurde.

Cons:

Leider hat der Zimmerservice überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Die Betten wurde nie gemacht, die Handtücher manchmal nach dem Zufallsprinzip getauscht. Das war im Zimmer der Kollegin nicht anders. Als wir das nach 2 Nächten an der Rezeption meldeten wurde zwar Abhilfe versprochen aber es hat sich nichts geändert. Man konnte erahnen, dass jemand im Zimmer war, da der Hauptstromschalter betätigt wurde, aber der Service wurde nicht durchgeführt. Dafür ist das Zimmer zu teuer.
Leider war auch der Kühlschrank im Zimmer sehr schwach. Es dauerte 3 Tage, bis die Getränke darin gekühlt waren.

Ganze anlage gut erhalten, aussen pool könnte etwas mehr pflege bekommen. Bei jaccuzi ohne Funktion. Ansonsten sehr gut.

Íme Le a kalappal a szálloda tisztessége és vendégszeretete előtt!
Ritkán találkozni ennyire korrektségből és ügyfélközpontúságból jelesre vizsgázó szálláshellyel. Még az érkezésünk napján délelött telefonáltak, hogy abban a szárnyban, ahol a szobánk lett volna, meghibásodott a klíma. Előre felajánlották, hogy díjmentesen lemondhatjuk a foglalást, vagy ha mégis elutazunk hozzájuk, a szállás teljesen ingyenes lesz, csak az idegenforgalmi adót kell megfizetnünk.
Mivel egy születésnapot ünnepeltünk a környéken és nem volt más opció, elindultunk. A klíma valóban nem működött, de a hozzáállásuk mindenért kárpótolt: mivel a Bookingon keresztül már előre kifizettük a szobát, kérték a türelmünket, és pár napon belül a teljes összeget hiánytalanul visszautalták!
Ráadásul még egy ajándék éjszakát is felajánlottak a jövőre nézve, hogy visszatérhessünk kipróbálni a szállodát teljes pompájában, tökéletesen működő szolgáltatásokkal.
Fantasztikus hozzáállás, példaértékű vendégszeretet! Szívből köszönjük a segítséget és a rugalmasságot, nagyon elégedettek voltunk! Bátran ajánljuk mindenkinek!

- Wellness szálloda, de az egész szobában nem volt egy akasztó a köntösnek, vizes ruhának
- nem volt minihűtő a szobában (a helye ottvolt, de kivették)
- nem lehetett a szobában szabályozni a klímát, hűtést
- masszázs lehetősége szempont volt nekem a kiválasztáskor, előzetesen jeleztem is, de csak a megérkezés után tájékoztatttak, hogy nem lesz elérhető
- a wellness csak 9-kor nyit, 10-ig kell kicsekkolni, így nincs lehetőség utolsó napot még egy órát úszni, a +15 perc, amit kértem volna, hogy egy óra úszás miatt később csekkolnék ki 6000Ft-ot jelentett volna - ezt kicsinyesnek érzem egy ilyen színvonalú és árú szállodánál

Lautes Geräusch von angeblich defekten Transformator alles 20s. Problem ist dem Personal bekannt. Empfehlung: Schlaft bei geschlossenen Fenster. Kurzfassung: Bringt nichts. Zimmer unter dem Dach und keine Klimaanlage. Keine Nachttische neben dem Bett. Zustieg ins Bett über die Seiten nur schwer möglich. Kompressorkühlschrank passt nicht in den dafür vorgesehenen Schrank. Wir haben den Stecker gezogen. Wir werden hier nicht nochmal herkommen. Mal sehen, ob die Bewertung reinkommt und ob sie stehen bleibt. Wir haben das so unsere Erfahrung mit booking.
