Csalódást keltő és ár-érték arányban nem megfelelő élmény volt.

Sajnos számunkra ez a szállás komoly csalódás volt, és egyáltalán nem voltunk elégedettek.

A szoba tisztasága elfogadhatatlan volt: hangyák voltak mindenhol, amit jeleztünk is, de a reakció nem volt megnyugtató. Emellett poloskákat is láttunk nemcsak a szobában, hanem a wellness részlegen és az étteremben is, ami különösen kellemetlen élmény volt.

A zuhanyfej annyira elhasználódott állapotban volt, hogy gyakorlatilag nem lehetett normálisan zuhanyozni. Hiányzott a WC-papír tartó, egy lámpa pedig törött volt – ezek alapvető dolgok, amiknek egy ilyen árkategóriájú szálláshelyen rendben kellene lenniük.

A wellness részleg állapota szintén csalódást okozott. A négy szaunából csak egy működött, az egyik pedig egy építési területnek tūnt és le sem volt zárva, így simán besétáltunk oda. A jakuzzi burkolata több helyen sérült volt, a gombok nem működtek. A wellneszbárban nem szolgáltak ki minket normálisan, sem proseccót, sem aperolt nem kaptunk, pedig láttuk, hogy elérhető – és alternatívát sem ajánlottak fel, illetve mire kijöttünk másoknál láttuk, hogy alkoholt fogyasztanak.

Összességében az ár-érték arány nagyon gyenge, nem azt kaptuk, amit egy ilyen helytől elvártunk volna. A személyzet részéről egyedül az utolsó napon – feltehetően a vezető – volt valóban kedves és segítőkész.

Sajnáljuk, mert nagy várakozással érkeztünk, de nem tudjuk ajánlani a helyet.

Great stopover for a family trip
We stayed at Hotel Gottwald for one night in January while transiting with our family to an Austria ski trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming, making it an easy and relaxing stop after a long drive. The indoor swimming pool and wellness area were a real highlight—we enjoyed them both on the evening of our arrival and again the next morning before departure. The rooms were cozy, breakfast was good, and everything went smoothly. A perfect choice for a short family stay on the way to the slopes.
