Ups and downs
Pros:

Nice staff
Good restaurant: breakfast and dinner were both above expectations
The wellness area, inculding the pools, is also big for the size of the hotel. Its a very relaxing area.
Nice surroundings, calm ambient

Cons:

The room itself is a miss: weak wifi, uncomfortable bed.
The room had a desk, but no chair, you cant even sit down and work on your laptop for example. A kettle and/or minibar would be also nice.
The room itself didnt worth the price, but all in all it was still a somewhat pleasant stay

A személyzet profi , kedves , aranyos .

Cons:

Nem működött a klíma, a jakuzzi gyakorlatilag használhatatlan, szaunából csak a finn működött. Egyszer étkeztem a hotel éttermében a borjú bécsi el volt sózva .

A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló.Közel az Öreg tóhoz ami csodálatos🤗A vár és kastély sincs messze.😊A személyzet nagyon kedves😊A szálloda hangulatos rendezett parkkal kinti benti medence ami előny egy szálloda számára.Csodás két napot töltöttünk el a párommal🩵

Pros:

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész.
Az étterem hangulatos.
A Tatai tó nagyon közel van.
Ingyenes a parkolás, van szabad helyük több is (mi vittünk gyerekekkel bicajszállítót,így ez fontos volt)
A wellness nagy ,igaz retro ,de ez bennünket nem zavarta.

Cons:

A wellness retro (ezzel nincs probléma ,csak aki csilivili dolgot vár mindenben,annak nem ajánlott).
A wellnesben nincs melegvíz a zuhanyzáshoz.
A víznyomás a zuhanyzóba alacsony.

Very Comfortable Hotel. Much value for money
Pros:

Staff and Cleaning over the top , Buffet very good. I spent a very comfortable holiday. I recommend Hotel Gottwald.

Kényelmes szolgáltatás.
Pros:

A szállás nagyon megfelelő volt. Már nem először voltunk itt.Kedves személyzet dolgozik a szálláson. Keresték a kívánságokat.
A gyerekek is jól érezték magukat.

Cons:

Sajnos az első este nem volt melegvízünk, ezért a gyerekek nem tudtak fürdeni. Nekünk már későn volt, így utána már nem volt gond. De a személyzet meglepte e gyerekeket egy kis kézműves foglalkoztatással.
