The 2 rooms booked were clubbed into a dormitory and when the guests refused, the hotel asked to cancel a non-refundable booking. This happened on the day of the checkin. This is too much. and the receptionist argues over phone and says you can get lots of hotels around.

Cons:

The day of the checkin the receptionist calls up from the hotel to inform that he is going to club 2 rooms to a dormitory and would charge for the same. and When 1 room guests wanted to cancel the stay the hotel asks us to cancel a non refundable booking at the last moment. This is unfair that we pay a 5 bed dormitory price for 3 people when we did not book a dormitory in the 1st place.
