Stall lovely, super clean hotel setup, appears new hotel. Very comfortable rooms, bed and nice decor. Handy, generous mini mart opposite shop, even loan you cutlery, plates. Pool looked lovery. Appears set up more for Thai overnighters.
No English TV! A walkway, access from carpark to unit rooms. Presently you have to walk, carry cases further, a long way around and through reception. Nil plates, cutlery.
Outside room lights remain on through the night. No blockout curtains so the sunrise will also wake you.

I had a nice experience here. Staff were kind and helpful. Everything was extremely clean.
This place offers great value for money. The only thing that caught me off guard was that the room’s windows face the hallway/entrance, meaning you can't really keep the curtains open for privacy. You can also hear people talking in the hallway, and since the window and entrance are on the same side, anyone walking by can see into your room.
Very accommodating with breakfast, ordered in for us from another restaurant. Overnight laundry service was perfect, room spotless and comfortable.
Only 1 restaurant open for dinner within walking distance that we could find on Google maps. 10 minute walk across the bridge and it was excellent.

New hotel, very clean, fresh AC. The architecture of the place is very delicate. Salt water pool with super chill surroundings. It's calm and quiet so u can hear the birds and the wind in the trees. Very chill to just hangout there. Great coffee and the personnel are so sweet and kind. Order food with Line man. We stayed for a week and took many day trips with the motorbike to the island Koh Chang. Highly recommended! Best resort in Thailand.

We probably stayed here 10 times already. Price/quality there is nothing in the neighbourhood that can compete with LiCalla. We like the quietness, comfort and the size of the rooms. The staff is always very friendly. There is also a nice and small swimming pool where you can sit and cool off after a long hot day.
The staff was very friendly. Greeted you and carried your bags. I know that's the bare minimum, but most places these days don't do that.
There is no elevator, so if you're on the 3rd floor, good luck. The Cafe doesn't have many food options. I also left my towel in my room, so I asked the housekeeper for one while I was at the pool. They later charged me for that towel. 50 baht. I explained how no one told me there was a fee because if I had known there was a fee, I would have just gone to my room and got my towel. They ended up waiving the fee.
