Nice but could be better .
Pros:

It was a very nice place in a decent area pretty close to the Golden Palace. We ate here in the evening and food was ok. Krish pretty much runs the place and is on hand 24 hours a day.

Cons:

Food was ok no meat as most places in Amritsar don’t eat. Every time we ordered an additional portion of fries they forgot 🤔attention to detail.
Room was ready small and cramped we managed out of our suitcase. The one wardrobe was dirty and looked as if hadn’t been cleaned for months so we couldn’t hang any clothes in it.

Cosy and comfortable rooms on the edge of town in cute hotel with rooftop terrace.
Pros:

Comfortable and well cared for hotel on the edge of Amritsar’s old city. Not too much noise from the road and tasty cooked meals from their home kitchen. Polite and friendly staff.

Cons:

Everything was reasonable for the price and I would be happy to stay here again.

Nice place to stay in Amritsar where the rooms are fabulous and the staff great.
Pros:

The property is very well located, about a 20 min walk to the Golden Temple. Was a haven to come back too.
The staff are fabulous and so helpful - even putting on the football on the TV for us
The room 107 and 106 were really nice and well equipped - the bed was very comfy and the shower excellect.
The breakfast was ok, not large portions or pots of coffee. The food cooked at the Hotel was very nice.

Cons:

Firstly let me say the Hotel is a great place to stay - the only issues we had was the noise from the Temple nextr door which started early in the morning and the barking of dogs who live in the Step Well at the rear. The Hotel cant do anything about these things, they are part and parcel of staying in Amritsar but they can be disturbing .

A Golden location
Pros:

Stay Shaandaar is in an excellent location. Just a short walk to the golden temple. The breakfast menu offers a lot of choice and I had an evening meal that was delicious.
Krish was proactive in making sure my stay was well organised. My train arrived at 1am. He arranged a taxi and this was not a problem. Krish organised transport to the Attari border ceremony and back. He also ordered a taxi to the airport.
The atmosphere is friendly and the staff are fantastic.

Overall I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The room is complete value for money with all the required amenities & facilities. The room is clean & cozy & beautiful and I enjoyed my stay . Also the location is convenient as it is close from Golden temple.

Superb stay.. Highly recommended
Pros:

The overall ambience, heating mode on the ac, every minute detail taken care of in the room, the interiors and common areas. So cosy, very friendly, no hurry for payment, very helpful staff.
We checked in late at night , the fog was heavy.
Staff called to check whether we were coming.
On arrival we were taken to our room.
I mean looking at the exterior you would not imagine what awaits you.
Loved the beds.
My wife said it was as good as staying in a star hotel. You don't need to go to a big property.
The breakfast menu and presentation was great. I appreciate the owner and the staff.

Pros:

Peaceful shelter from the craziness outside. Staff very helpful and friendly, went out of the way to help, nothing was a problem. Room was really nice everything you need, clean and modern with nice authentic touch. Not far from golden temple 15min walk
