Η διαμονή μας ήτανε υπέροχη , απίστευτα ευγενικοί άνθρωποι και το δωμάτιο εξαιρετικό έχει βέβαια υγρασία αλλά λόγω της κατάστασης στο ubud. Κάναμε και μασάζ μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο και ήτανε αρκετά καλό . Ακόμα την ημέρα που έπρεπε να ξυπνήσουμε παρα πολύ νωρίς για ένα tour μας ετοίμασαν πρωινό σε πακέτο να το πάρουμε μαζί μας .

From the very first moment, we were welcomed with extraordinary warmth and professionalism. Every single member of the staff, from the reception team to the room service, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations and made us feel completely at home.

The villa itself was immaculate — beautifully maintained, spotless, and designed with great attention to detail. The view was simply breathtaking. Waking up early in the morning and witnessing the sunrise felt almost surreal, like something out of a dream.

One of the highlights was the convenience of ordering food directly from the restaurant to our villa. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious, prepared with great care and quality.

The service throughout our stay was truly unforgettable — warm, heartfelt, highly professional, and consistently outstanding. It is rare to encounter such a perfect balance of friendliness and excellence.

The location of the hotel is also superb. With a scooter, it is incredibly easy to reach all the main attractions and explore the surrounding area with great convenience.

Our entire stay was simply a dream.

The staff were all very friendly and responsive. The massage were good too. We had the food delivered to our room and the food were nice.

La camera meravigliosa e pulita! Staff super disponibile e cordiale, mi hanno organizzato anche una piccola sorpresina per il mio ragazzo che faceva il compleanno! Abbiamo prenotato anche il pacchetto romantico da 3 ore in camera, le ragazze sono fantastiche, consiglio a tutti un loro massaggio 😍

Every single one of the staff at Poka were just the loveliest people. They let us know they wanted us to feel like it was our second home we really did.

We were there celebrating 10 years of friendship with my best friend and he asked them to make a special sign to accompany the floating breakfast as a surprise for me and they made something so nice within 15mins of him asking. And the floating breakfast in our villa pool which was such luxury.

They went out of their way to ensure our comfort were their priority.

In all my years of travelling around the world, this has been one of the best full rounded experiences ever. Il be insuring our friends come to stay in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property is what is advertised on booking.com. The staff is friendly and willing to help anytime. The ladies at reception were very welcoming.

He viajado mucho y siempre me pasa lo mismo: por muy bonito que sea el lugar, en algún momento termino echando de menos mi casa. En esta villa ha sido todo lo contrario… ni siquiera me acordé de ella.

El lugar es absolutamente maravilloso: la villa es preciosa, tranquila, muy bien diseñada y cuidada hasta el último detalle. Todo estaba impecable y se respira una sensación de paz increíble, perfecta para disfrutar de Ubud.

Pero lo que realmente hace especial esta villa es el equipo. La hospitalidad y la atención de todo el personal ha sido excepcional, siempre amables, atentos y pendientes de que todo estuviera perfecto. Te hacen sentir realmente bienvenido desde el primer momento.

Sin duda una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido viajando. Si vuelvo a Ubud, repetiré aquí sin ninguna duda.
