Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Siamo stati coccolati per tutto il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è bellissima e molto curata e pulita. Quello che rende, però, unico questo posto è il suo staff. Persone splendide che si prendono cura di ogni cosa. Grazie a tutto lo staff!

My stay was incredible - my flight arrived late into denpasar and I couldn't get to my accom before 11.30pm, but I was able to arrange for a late check in at this time and it was literally so easy and the staff were so accomodating and welcoming, even at midnight! The place itself is so nice and private, it's away from the madness of the main part of town but it's only like a 20-30minute gojek (their uber, take bikes over cars if you can!) away, and about $3 a ride on average. You can get a massage at the spa room in Poka or if you prefer you can even get one in your room - there is a restaurant within the accom and one right out front which are both great, there's a convenience store just up the road (300m) which has everything you need if you wanted to just stay in and veg out in your villa. Big shout out to Gita, Kriscya and the rest of the team for going above and beyond for me and the rest of the guests, will definitely be back :)

The staff was very kind and understanding. Their customer service is top notch. They respond in a matter of seconde to WhatsApp messages. They have a restaurant. The villa with the private pool is so nice.

The villas are really calm and beautiful, perfect to fully relax after some busy travel days, and as a base to explore the Ubud area. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, thank you especially to Sri, Kriczya (sorry if i misspelled), Sita and her colleague for the great service! The location is nice, it’s fast to get into Ubud but far enough away to not be so busy. The food was also great with both western and indonesian options.
There was a slight bit of mold in the bathroom, but did not bother us at all and I‘m sure it will be fixed soon.

We initially booked Poka Ubud Hidden Paradise & Spa by EPS for 2 nights, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for another night.
The staff were absolutely exceptional — extremely professional, polite, friendly, humble, and always available to help. I travel quite frequently, and honestly, I have never experienced such genuinely warm and helpful hospitality.
The location is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff were excellent at guiding us and arranging activities. They organized rafting, ATV, swimming with dolphins, and a waterfalls tour for us at very good prices and with great arrangements.
The hospitality really made our stay special. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
