Pros:

Posizione comoda , a pochi minuti dal centro raggiungibile in auto . Pace e tranquillità. Bella la camera e funzionale la piccola piscina privata . La vegetazione lussureggiante . Il personale accogliente e disponibile .

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico della doccia purtroppo non risolto .

Nice location, but the hygiene and cleanliness need significant improvement

The location was nice and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The hygiene was disappointing. There was mold in several places, including the room and bathroom. The bed sheets were not changed during our stay, and the towels were only replaced after we asked. Overall, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations

Everything was amazing the privacy and peace and quiet of the villa. I Loved the flower pool and photography the villa arranged for my Birthday and it was close to Ubud Centre. We also walked to the mini mart for snacks. The massage was also really good and the floating breakfast was so cute 😍😍😍. THANK YOU TO ALL THE LOVELY STAFF ♥️ WE LOVE AND APPRECIATE YOU.

Pros:

Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ ωραίο, όπως και η θέα από αυτό και από το δωμάτιο προς την αυλή με την πισίνα, η οποία ήταν απλά υπέροχη! Είχε πολύ ησυχία, άκουγες μόνο τα πουλάκια απ' έξω. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ όμορφη και βολική για διάφορα αξιοθέατα κοντά στην Ubud. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Επίσης, τα pancakes του πρωινού ήταν πολύ νόστιμα, όπως και πολλά από τα πιάτα που μπορούσες να πάρεις από το συνεργαζόμενο εστιατόριο Heliostar που ήταν έξω από το ξενοδοχείο, με πολύ καλές τιμές και όμορο χώρο. Τέλος, το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο.

Cons:

Δεν ήταν σε πολύ κατάσταση οι πετσέτες του μπάνιου, είχαν φθορές. Ήταν λίγο περιοριστικό που το πρωινό είχε μόνο τέσσερις επιλογές και για επιπλέον επιλογές έπρεπε να πληρώσεις έξτρα. Επίσης στο μπάνιο μαζεύονταν πολύ εύκολα νερά στο πάτωμα και δεν υπήρχε και κάτι σε σφουγγαρίστρα για να τα μαζέψουμε. Τέλος, είχαμε συχνά έντομα στο δωμάτιο, από τη μια κατανοητό καθώς η τοποθεσία είναι μέσα στη φύση, αλλά ίσως θα μπορούσε να γίνει κάτι για τη διαχείριση τους.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Poka. The villa was beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by nature, with a lovely private pool that made our stay even more relaxing.

What truly made this place exceptional, however, was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely caring throughout our entire stay. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and they always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Their kindness and professionalism gave us a true luxury experience that exceeded our expectations.

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in Ubud with outstanding hospitality, we highly recommend this villa. We would definitely love to come back!

Perfect Autentic Balinese accomodation
Pros:

Very spacious villa, with clean pool, the souroundings were beautiful, you were in the middle of nature. The staff was very friendly, always available and trying to satisfied our needs and wishes. Very good massage and at good price. They also have motorbikes to Rent and at a very good price and they are powerful and in good condition, perfect for 2 persons to use it.
For the staff and the facilities they offer, I recommend this stay to anyone who wants a real balinese experience

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü, çok yardımcı ve çok kibardılar. Odaların konumu ve otelin ortamı hoştu.

Cons:

Temizlik ve hijyen konusunda kötüydü. Tuvalette küf ve rutubet kokusu vardı. Hergün odayı temizlemelerine rağmen koku gitmedi. Duş tuvaletin dibindeydi. Yıkanırken sular tuvalete ve etrafına atılıyordu.

I am lucky to travel a lot, 56 countries and counting, and THIS IS ONE OF MY BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCES. We came for our honeymoon, and everything was great. The staff were so nice, endearing and helpful. The room was beyond nice and both sleeping and waking up with the song of nature wasincredile experience. Must recommended!

Pros:

Central to all activities in Ubud. The staff were very very friendly, my son especially liked Gita and syntia. Syntia was a fantastic guide and worked out all our activities and places to eat and shop along the way, including hotel transfers. I would definitely recommend her for future activities and to family and friends.

Cons:

For our family dynamics there wasn’t enough for my toddler to do, but this is my fault for choosing villa style accommodation instead of more family friendly resort options
