Staff is the highest point of the stay. If we have a chance, we will back for sure!!! Also we will recommend our friend
Pros:

We stayed in the biggest pool villa room. Everything was perfect especially all staff there, they are so kind and look after us like family. I asked them to get a small knife for my green mango that I bought from market, they brought it to me in a minute. Would like to say thank you again to Kriscya, Sintya, Dian and others staff. They have professional service mind.

Gorgeous! Staff and property both amazing
Pros:

Great location close to Ubud but not right in the centre! Staff were great and couldn’t do enough for us arranging things for my partners birthday.

Very clean and pool was available at all times to use. No complaints about the property.

Cons:

Nothing!

The WiFi went down whilst we were staying for one day however the staff explained this to us and allowed us to connect to their hot spot data to book any taxis we needed!

Nous avons tellement aimé notre premier séjour ici que nous sommes revenus 3semaines plus tard pour notre dernière nuit à Bali ✨
Et une nouvelle fois, tout était parfait : l’accueil, la villa, le restaurant… mais surtout la gentillesse incroyable du personnel.
Un immense merci à Gita 🎀et Kriscya 🎀pour leur bienveillance et leurs attentions tout au long de notre séjour. Vous avez rendu cette expérience encore plus spéciale.

Boa localizacao para quem quer ficar no centro mas longe do ruido e transito.

Atendimento super atencioso por parte dos funcionários. Boa localizacao, longe do centro mais ruidoso e de transito de ubud mas perto de mota.

Cons:

Pequeno almoco fraco. Porta da varanda nao fechava muito bem. Toalhas um pouco manchadas. Fraca manutençao nas villas.

Villa au top. L’accueil était très chaleureux. L’équipe Poka est a votre service à toutes heures et leur service est irréprochable. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et servi dans votre chambre à l’heure que vous souhaitez. Plusieurs options s’offrent à vous pour romantisme votre séjour, entre les personnalisation de piscine, de bain, dîner romantique etc.. vous pouvez également vos vêtements à la laverie de l’hôtel. Ce fut une lune de miel excellente merci encore à l’équipe qui s’est occupée de nous du debut à la fin de ce séjour !
