Every single one of the staff at Poka were just the loveliest people. They let us know they wanted us to feel like it was our second home we really did.
We were there celebrating 10 years of friendship with my best friend and he asked them to make a special sign to accompany the floating breakfast as a surprise for me and they made something so nice within 15mins of him asking. And the floating breakfast in our villa pool which was such luxury.
They went out of their way to ensure our comfort were their priority.
In all my years of travelling around the world, this has been one of the best full rounded experiences ever. Il be insuring our friends come to stay in the future ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property is what is advertised on booking.com. The staff is friendly and willing to help anytime. The ladies at reception were very welcoming.
The breakfast is very limited & you have to pay more when you want other options.

He viajado mucho y siempre me pasa lo mismo: por muy bonito que sea el lugar, en algún momento termino echando de menos mi casa. En esta villa ha sido todo lo contrario… ni siquiera me acordé de ella.
El lugar es absolutamente maravilloso: la villa es preciosa, tranquila, muy bien diseñada y cuidada hasta el último detalle. Todo estaba impecable y se respira una sensación de paz increíble, perfecta para disfrutar de Ubud.
Pero lo que realmente hace especial esta villa es el equipo. La hospitalidad y la atención de todo el personal ha sido excepcional, siempre amables, atentos y pendientes de que todo estuviera perfecto. Te hacen sentir realmente bienvenido desde el primer momento.
Sin duda una de las mejores experiencias que hemos tenido viajando. Si vuelvo a Ubud, repetiré aquí sin ninguna duda.

Great staff and super helpful despite raising issues. Had the private pool probably wouldn’t have been the same experience if not that one. Helpful and polite even though weren’t able to fix issues.
Wifi awful so don’t rely on it as I ended up wasting my data to get work or streaming. Very basic breakfast options.
If wifi, food is not a big deal. Most places out of town offer free shuttle so you need to pay to get anywhere.
My villa, who has beautiful. It was my birthday. But unfortunately, mount fiancé flight was delayed. So my first couple of days he did not get to enjoy
The food was okay. This services was nice. My air conditioner wasn't working, but they came to fix it right away.
Checking late checking early, check out late. Check out early. Please find out the time. Because I checked in link because of my flight. So that was fine, but checking out early. They don't tell you the time you should ask
Because for me, check out time late.It was only 1pm. The communication wash not good.So make sure you have better communication than I did
Le lit était très confortable, la villa de très bon goût. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très attentionné et agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher, quelques traces d’humidités dans la salle de bain.
Krasna villa se soukromym bazenem. Ryzove terasy par minut jizdy motorkou. Skvele misto kousek za centrem Ubudu. Snidane byly o trochu chudsi oproti jinym ubytovani. Personal velmi napomocny a ochotny.
Sri és az egész személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt! Csak ajánlani tudom. Lesték minden kívánságunkat, a reggeli nagyon finom volt!

The only thing is that you have to drive 15 minutes to ubud center.
On the other hand, it is very quite at the location what can also be a bonus.
