Die Lage außerhalb der Stadt ist wirklich sehr gut, es ist ruhig und mit dem Taxi oder Tuktuk ist die Stadt schnell erreichbar.
Der Empfang im Hotel, die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit, der Wäscheservice und die Zugewandtheit des gesamten Personals war wirklich ausgezeichnet! Wir konnten zu jeder Zeit Speisen oder Getränke bestellen und es wurde einem überall serviert. Das Personal im Restaurant war außerordentlich gut und serviceorientiert. Das Essen Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut! Das haben wir so noch in keinem Hotel in Indien erlebt.
Es war sehr kalt in den Zimmern und auch im Restaurant. Ansonsten gibt es gar nichts zu bemängeln. Es liegt natürlich an der Jahreszeit. Der kleine Heizlüfter im Zimmer konnte den Raum nicht erwärmen.
This is an ideal place for one to relax in the most peaceful and serene ambiance. The property is more than 3 decades old but is so well maintained - it feels like it is built this year. Away from the city crowd and commotion and almost on the main Jaipur Jodhpur Jaisalmer national highway the Hotel Rawalkot is that quiet, cool, heritage property that you may be looking for to just let your hair down and relax. The staff here is particularly polite and courteous and they give you that regal welcome and care throughout the stay - without making it look artificial or made-up. As senior citizens and our children we were there for the farewell-2024 and welcome -2025 period, we were looking forward to a simple zero-DJ cozy cultural session. We were so pleasingly surprised by the absolutely talented local, well-trained and well-versed traditional Rajasthani singers and a lady dancer who was so very graceful in her moves, giving us a glimpse of the authentic cultural milieu. The food, veg and non-veg are both authentic and the services of the entire staff is just awesome.
1. Exhaust fans in the washrooms.
2. A small emergency light in the rooms and in the pathways, until the gensets take over, in case of grid power failure.
Cleanliness. Rooms were comfortable too.
Didn’t like the location. Didn’t like the staff behaviour during the breakfast time who were preferring to attend foreign guests and paying attention only to them. The breakfast spread was not upto the mark. The spread was worse than a 2 star hotel. They could do better spread with the huge amount they have charged for the room. With this price they should have included dinner as well. It felt like just an average hotel. Didn’t feel premium,

Absolutely amazing stay and extremely courteous staff. Food was awesome but I would think it was a little overpriced. Housekeeping service was quite fabulous
May not be very comfortable for senior citizens or people with a weak knee since there are quite a few steps to climb to get to the lobby
Best hotel food is delicious
The property on the outside is very good. They have a very good open area. The food was good. Rooms are comfortable.
The bathrooms were not clean and not up to the mark. The accessories like shower were not working properly. Hot Water was only from 6 to 10 am in the morning and evening. Food was very expensive and inspite of a coittment of 25% discount on food, we were not given any disunt on a food bill of 50000
Right from entering the hotel, Mr Bharat received us warmly and ensured we were checked in quickly and comfortably. We received the legendary Rajasthani from all the staff hospitality.

The outdoors were good and the property from the outside looks very good. Parking in ample.Open spaces are huge. Outdoor decor and gardining were very good
Staff Commitment. Ty said they would give discount on food for 20% but at the time of billing they said it is not possible because billing had been done. so very bad experiencd. We paid a bill of 50000 appx for food only

The property was beautiful and the food was excellent!
We were looking for a place slightly further away from all the noise and the crowd in the main city of Jaisalmer, and this was just perfect in terms of location and the calm that we needed.
The AC is our room was not working. But after informing the reception, they fixed it. After being fixed, it was leaking and was very noisy. We ended up not using it at all. The fan was pretty noisy too.
