The location was perfect. The hotel is part of one of the main wineries in the area so you have perfect access to the facilities and also an incredible view from the room. This felt like a guesthouse with phenomenal service. We had a lot of freedom and privacy in our room but whenever we needed anything, the staff we available to help.

The staff could not have been more incredible! For any questions we had, they had a solution. We unfortunately were not prepared and didn't come with a car. Deniz, the staff member who checked us in, very kindly offered to drive us to the arboretum and picked us up. She also suggested activities for us to participate in that would be easy for us to get to.

There was a complimentary wine tasting, tour of the cellar and tour of the arboretum for the guests.

The breakfast we got in the morning was also incredible. Highly recommend this place. Extremely luxurious experience, for a fraction of the price.

If you are able to come with a car, you will have no issues!!

Cons:

The only thing we were disappointed with was that there was no pool, but that was our fault for not reading the description properly. We assumed the pool in the photos was a full pool but it is only decorative. However, this did not ruin our experience.

Also, there is nowhere to eat on the actual property so it was a little bit difficult for us as we arrived around lunch time. However, again, the staff were incredibly kind and helped us out.

Even the very tiny negatives were offset by the incredible service.

Décevant, le personnel est peu accueillant.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la deuxième fois et, malheureusement, cette expérience a été très décevante.

Lors de notre premier séjour, Madame Elif était présente. Son professionnalisme, son sens de l’accueil et sa disponibilité avaient largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Cette fois-ci, son absence a malheureusement mis en évidence le manque de professionnalisme du reste de l’équipe.

Le personnel s’est montré peu accueillant et désagréable. Plus grave encore, quelqu’un est entré dans notre chambre sans notre autorisation afin d’y effectuer des travaux. Ce type d’incident est totalement inacceptable et porte atteinte à l’intimité ainsi qu’au sentiment de sécurité des clients.

Nous avions également choisi cet établissement, qui est avant tout un vignoble, avec l’objectif de participer à une dégustation et de découvrir la fabrication du vin. Aucune information ne nous a été communiquée à ce sujet, aucune explication ni proposition d’activité. Nous avons eu le sentiment que personne ne se souciait réellement de l’expérience des clients.

C’est vraiment regrettable, car le lieu a beaucoup de potentiel. Malheureusement, la qualité du service a fortement diminué depuis notre première visite. Rien que pour l’attitude du personnel et le manque de respect dont nous avons été victimes, je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cet établissement.

A truly unique and memorable stay. With only two guest rooms overlooking the vineyard, the experience feels private, peaceful, and exclusive. The surroundings are beautiful, and both the rooms and common areas are thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. We could spend hours simply looking out the window at the endless rows of grapevines, enjoying the breeze and the tranquility of the setting.

The staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived, and the healthy, delicious breakfast was a wonderful way to start each day.
