The property owner asked me to pay an advance for room confirmation. After I reached the property, they denied accommodation stating they do not allow unmarried couples. When I requested a refund of the advance amount, it was also not returned.

The rooms were not maintained propeely. Air conditioner was.of 1960s. Was too.weak. The location was not good. The reception staff were not satisfying for the concerns raised. Not happy.

The outdoor location can be better , the parking facilty should be better with proper car parking allocation .
Friendly staff, nice rooms, good shower. Restaurant in the building was very good.
Original room had a window that would not close completely allowing mosquitoes to enter. I was promptly moved to a new room that was fine.
WiFi did not reach original room at all, moved to a new room where WiFi did reach.

The hotel is value for money, with very helpful staff. Cleanliness is okay, but could be better. The location of the hotel is also really good. Railway station, bus stand, eating options are all easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for people traveling to Daman or Silvassa.
The entrance looks a little dicey as there is a smoke shop right there, and isn't comfortable for families as such, but once you enter inside, it's a safe and comfortable space for any traveller.
Netness and commitment staff was in a good location very nice location. In short, it was a good experience.
