Beautiful and comfortable room in Vals with access to the Thermal Baths
Pros:

Beautiful and centrally located hotel in Vals. The room was spacious, had a lot of storage space, the bathroom was great and it included basic toilettries form the 7132 brand. The receptionist and later waiter at the restaurant was really kind and helpful! The hotel has access to the 7132 Thermal Baths, but what we didn't know was that we could access both days! Dinner at the restaurant was great, and the breakfast included in the reservation was also delicios. Basic Swiss breakfast, but plentiful and delicious. Will definitely come back if I can!

Cons:

Be aware that the hotel is closed from 12:00 to 15:00, so if you arrive with luggage, you should be mindful of that!

Hotel Glenner provides the quintessential Vals experience with a warm staff welcoming you.
Pros:

The staff were all very kind. The morning breakfast was amazing! The restaurant area in which we were served was so cozy. It was so nice that the hotel included entry into the amazing Thermae Vals. I love that the 7132 brand connects multiple businesses.

Cons:

As a family traveling with lots of luggage and ski gear, I wish we had a little warning that the hotel was closed in the middle of the day. However, thankfully, we were able to get in and find a place to store our stuff. Staff was very kind to accommodate us.

Pros:

Das Personal ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich höflich, aufgeschlossen und gastfreundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel total gemütlich! Das Frühstück ist so lecker, vielseitig und nahrhaft, dass ich nur 2x am Tag essen "musste".

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Dusche ist nicht gut für Lockenköpfe geeignet, da man die Haare kaum kopfüber in die Dusche halten kann.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und sieht überhaupt nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos. Ich kann die Rezessionen nicht nachvollziehen, da kann etwas nicht stimmen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht, ist eine Frechheit. Das Hotel entsprach überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen, der Teppich im Zimmer ist sehr, alt und sah sehr unhygienisch und abgenutzt aus. Der Balkon ist nicht zu gebrauchen und die Balkontür war undicht. Für diesen Preis, ein absolutes NO-GO! Viel Geld für nichts. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

wir kommen schon lange immer wieder ins " Glenner" und sind anhaltend glücklich über die tolle Unterkunft- das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, vor allem die Dame, die uns stets morgen mit einem wundervollen Frühstück verwöhnt und äusserst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend ist. Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich von ihrer Lage und Größe, und grundsätzlich gleich schön ausgestattet, wobei eine gewisse zeitliche Abnutzung unübersehbar wird. Die Kombination mit dem Thermeneintritt ist aber genial und trägt den Glenner hervor
