Nothing to like about. Very overpriced and service guy was very very rude. Fought for a blanket when asked to replace the torn out blankets.
Bed sheets were not clean and they need to make their staff learn that how to provide service for what a customer is paying. Very bad service.
Location
Basic amenities are lacking, water was standing in the bathroom, no proper heating in the geyser. Cold Air seeps through the door. Did not give a towel or soap. No proper water jet in bathroom.
Very very very very poor & uncomfortable hotel, room, staff, hotel manager..... can't know about how to talk to your guest.... Hotel room very bad condition, not clean, not sufficient, powder room not clean, cegrette smoking incide the bathroom, water heater not working, water facility not in room, wash washan fully loaded with tabbacoo, tube lights of room is not working, floor carpet not clean, blankets not clean, quilt very bad condition- and full of bad smell, I have all photos of room, and hotel Oyo manager is name Vishal (98174-22194) just ask my if you have so much issues in booking, cleaning than why are you booked hotel on Oyo.....that was he saying to me....and this was very shameful to Oyo....I am very guilty for Oyo.... whoever sponsor these type of hotels where have 0% facility....
Oyo provide very good service but this hotel is very bad services from all of these provided to our guests.....
I want to telling to you this is my first booking on Oyo..and first timely I am very regret to all of these booking process.... And one more thing to tell you I am booked 2 rooms and hotels provide me one room with very bad condition.....

I reached to Hotel 7pm with me wife When I visited this place the hotel management asked for extra money then I have paid 400 rs after that they will allow to stay this is verse experience in my life
It was the worst hotel I have ever visit there was no service of breakfast at all very disappointing
I have booked the room in advance payment but when I reach there the staff of the hotel refuse to accept my booking and ask for another 500 for the room it was a crime. Then to room price was double the price I was booked.
We were denied at the check in counter, that they don’t accept online booking, and asked us to pay extra for the room.

Behaviour of the staff was very rude and firstly they didn't took the booking made from this after that i checked in with more money and they took the commission also.

Shimla is freezing and geyser was not working as their power supply was Off from main power supply and no body was available to listen to us, only one person was handling the room bookings and he was heavily drunk and we tried to wake him up but all effort went in vain
