Can't remember half of it
Pros:

The poor night officer waking up at 1 maybe even 2 o'clock to let my pal and I into the hotel

Cons:

The shower was a bit knackered and the toilet is basically you literally looking into the shower. The windows also didnt open fully.

Brillant, ill stay here agian
Pros:

I originally stayed at the Western Hotel but had to relocate when it became fully booked. In hindsight, I am very pleased that I found this hotel.

The property is quieter, exceptionally clean, and offers excellent value for money. The room was maintained to a very high standard throughout my stay, with housekeeping providing fresh towels and ensuring everything was spotless each day.

The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, and the room service was excellent. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

Unfortunately at midnight(3.00am) few people(next door) make terrible noise+talking/shouting that disturb my sleep!
Pros:

Near Ayr railway station and bus stop because this time used the bus went to Ayr clinic.

Cons:

1. not enough sound isolation so people talking at corridor - make noise.
2. before 10.00am maybe staff wanted clean the room so couple times some tried the open room door(it was ok because my room locked)
