alles so, wie ich es mir gewünscht habe.
Pros:

das hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen in der nähe des bahnhofs. die zimmer sind einfach aber sehr, sehr sauber. es hat alles was man braucht. preis-leistungs-verhältnis ist absolut gut.

I've stayed several times in the last ten years or so, and have always felt welcome and comfortable.
Pros:

Our room (3, at the front) was large and warm, with views over Burns Statue Square. The room itself looks a little dated, but the bathroom was modern and spacious, with a good shower and lots of room to lay out cosmetics etc. There was a kettle and lots of tea/coffee bags.
We ate in the bar one night and were overwhelmed by the cheerfulness and attention of the waiter/barman. The tempura vegetables were wonderful.
The hotel is only a five-minute walk from Ayr railway station, right at the top of the High Street. Also a three-minute walk from the bus stop for the bus to Ayr Hospital. And a cinema just across the road.

Cons:

The car park is very small, and rather badly lit.
In our room there were two comfortable chairs in the bay window, but no table between them, so nowhere to park our teacups.

Well we would stay again I think that says it all.
Pros:

Pleasant very clean room, helpful and friendly staff including the breakfast staff next door.
Free parking at the hotel was useful.

Cons:

Nothing everything was fine.

Great place close to all amenities
Pros:

I liked the fact they were able to accomodate me on a late check in as wasnt sure if i was able to make check in time due to work and lived the 11am departure time

Pros:

Located in the centre of Ayr. Parking space behind hotel. Friendly staff.

Cons:

It's a charming old building, withots of wood, typically for an Inn. Because of the wood it's a bit noisy. I didn't mind and had a perfect night sleep but if you do, this may not be the Inn for you.
