Clean and comfortable
Pros:

The rooms were large and spacious and very clean. The staff is very helpful too. The restaurants food was quite food. Great location

Cons:

While the breakfast spread was good, the food was being served cold as the food warmers were not being used. Very disappointing to be served cold breakfast to an otherwise good stay. The wifi is quite iffy.

This will be my preferred place to on my future Kannur visits
Pros:

Very professionally run and well maintained property at a Prime location. All calls to the property prior to arrival were promptly attended. The restaurant is also very good. Overall a great experience.

Pros:

The ambience and very centre location. Easy to.commute to any locations within kannur

Cons:

The AC was noisy, and the room smelled bad once air-conditioning was put off. Room service requires improvement on response

Staff, overall ambience, location and room.was good..

Cons:

The air conditioning in the restaurant was too high and uncomfortable, the songs by the singer were loud and jarring. Food needs to be hot in breakfast. Variety needs to be increased

Cons:

The restaurant was a bit dour.
