Pros:

It is in a good location and the breakfast was exactly all I needed. The staff were very professional and polite and tried to help when needed

Cons:

There was no hot water and I had to fill a kettle and pour into a bucket. I think they definitely need to get there hot water sorted out and also access to their WiFi was very poor in the rooms. When I needed to be online I would have to go to the reception. Apart from these 2 points I cannot fault the receptionist she was very kind.

THEY SHOULD IMPROVE ON THE PROVISION OF HOT WATER IN THE TIOLET FOR GUEST TO BE ABLE TO TAKE SHOWER

YES IT WAS OK BUT THEY SERVE THE SAME MEAL EVERYDAY

Cons:

THERE WAS NO HOT WATER IN THE TOILET. YOU HAVE TO USE A BUCKET AND BOIL HOT WATER FROM THE KETTLE TO TAKE SHOWER

Pros:

To be honest, there is nothing much to like. The place looks decent from outside. But when you enter, no customer care right from the reception to the restaurant. They mishandled our luggage, put us in wrong rooms and essentially messed up our day. So I am sorry but there is nothing good to report.

Almost everything. The checking experience, the rooms, the customer care, the restaurant... I couldn't wait to get out of there

Was good place for short time relaxing after long travel
Pros:

In the restaurant you can get meals in really good quality.
The free Internet in the hotel works good.

Cons:

When you ask at reception for toilet paper the service go into your room and proof if you really need more paper.
