La chambre est spacieuse, une grande terrasse, cuisine convenable avec le nécessaire, calme. Le personnel très gentil et agréable. Ayant programmé une sortie en mer pour 7h, qu’il nous ont préparé le petit déjeuner pour 6h, vraiment super

Pros:

Accueil correct. Très grande chambre et belle piscine.

Cons:

Plus aucun contact après notre arrivée. Table du petit déjeuner (servi dans la cuisine attenante à la chambre) non débarrassée lorsqu'on revient le soir. Nous l'avons signalé par Whatsapp : il a fallu attendre le petit déjeuner du lendemain pour qu'elle soit débarrassée. Logement certes bien, mais de loin le moins chaleureux de tout ceux que nous avons fait à Bali.
Logement très excentré par rapport au centre d'Amed.

Cons:

They lost my laundry, and it overshadowed any good experience with the place. The management was reluctant and slow to take responsibility. At the end, they didn’t do anything about it and just ignored my messages.

Cons:

Onze host was een zeer onbetrouwbare vrouw.
Ik had recht op een terugbetaling van 1 avond.
Ik had een annulering voor 1 avond gedaan ruim op voorhand, wegens omstandigheden.
Ondanks dat alles conform was wimpelde ze mij af en krijgen we ons geld niet terug. Zeer jammer, ik voel me bedrogen.

Pros:

We arrived late at night and the owner was here to welcome us and they are very friendly and warm people.

The next morning we got breakfast which was very nice and included in the booking. We had omelettes and fruit salads and coffee. Very good!

The rooms here are amazing!!! So big and spacious! And the view !!! So good. You can see big green lushes green mountains everywhere from the very big and spacious balcony . Very nice and quiet area.

The WiFi was good and the showers are nice and hot.
You also get your own fully equipped kitchen area which makes this place even better.


The pool is also very nice and clean.

We rented a scooter from here which was also very easy and convenient.

Highly recommend this place! Such a good price for what you get.

Not a bad spot if you're traveling on a budget.
Pros:

Jaya Villa is a nice little spot in Bunutan offering solid breakfast, a large pool, and generally quiet setting. Communication with the manager was quick & easy.

Cons:

The rooms could use a refresh, sheets weren't completely clean, and the parking lot is super muddy.

Definitely worth the value!
Pros:

The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. AC was really cold which is a huge plus! The staff were very kind and will help in any way they can. Scooter rental was fair and you can do that directly through the host. The location is not “central Amed” but there are still a good amount of restaurants nearby via scooter. Very quiet area if you prefer that.

Cons:

A lot of mosquitoes outside so we have to be very careful about closing the doors to not let any in.
