Je ne recommande pas cet établissement en raison de nombreux manquements au niveau du confort et de la sécurité :
• Sécurité de l'ascenseur : L'ascenseur est particulièrement vétuste et bruyant, ce qui le rend très inquiétant à utiliser.Salle de bain impraticable : La cabine de douche est minuscule. L'espace est tellement restreint qu'il m'a été impossible d'y entrer.Insonorisation inexistante : On entend distinctement les conversations des voisins. De plus, les portes ferment mal et claquent avec énormément de bruit.Literie inadaptée : Le lit est beaucoup trop petit, semblable à un lit d'enfant, ce qui empêche de passer une nuit correcte.Une rénovation complète et une amélioration de l'isolation sont indispensables.

Pros:

The genuinely welcoming people that work there make the difference. Mrs. Bona was so kind and provided me with all the information I requested. The hotel was clean, value for money and in a central location. The area felt safe.

Kindness of the staff, cleanliness could be better
Pros:

The staff at the reception and in the breakfast area was very polite and made us feel very welcome. The bed was comfortable. We were provided with fresh towels the second day, and they made our bed. The breakfast was delicious. We had a balcony facing the street but it wasn't loud.

Cons:

The furniture was old, 70s-80s, but we didn't mind it. The only thing that was disappointing was the cleanliness, because it was dirty. The shower cabin was full of mold and limescale and the cabin doors were full of water drops when we arrived. Also the bathroom door was full of drops. They have a fixed shower head, and I don't know how they manage to clean the shower and the rest of the bathroom. When we moved the beds apart before leaving, we found trash underneath them as well. It is something the cleaning ladies should pay attention to.

Nice and comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is at a decent distance from the center and from the train stop that leads from and to the airport (no need to go to the central station). My room had a terrace with a table and chairs, so I could dry my beach towel and swimsuit in the fresh air and do some work on my laptop, while listening to the murmur of the Italian street and conversations. The accommodation offered a free sweet and fresh fruits breakfast, which was not initially included in the booking. The hosts are very nice and helpful.

Pros:

Traditional familiar hotel near Murat neighborhood of Bari. The staff is very kind and they even allow us to park in the hotel's parking (there is a little daily tariff), something that is a plus in a city like Bari. Comfortable rooms with AC and city view. There is an elevator.
