Al hacer el check in la empleada me comentó para activar la Julian Alps Card, que me daba derecho a descuentos en distintas actividades y empresas de Bled, pues decidimos almorzar en el Restaurante del hotel y al pedirle la factura del almuerzo, me la traen y le enseño esa tarjeta y le comento lo del descuento, pues el camarero que me la trajo, me dice que se lo tenía que haber dicho antes para poder aplicarlo que ya no se podía rectificar la cuenta que eran 52,10 euros y ya no me podía aplicar el descuento del 10%, no podía creerme que no se pueda rectificar e insistí pero fue tajante, y pagué los 52, 10 euros perdiendo el descuento que eran 5,2 euros y se lo dije en la recepción del hotel a la empleada y me dijo que lo comentaría y me dirían al hacer el check out y la realidad es que así quedó todo, no rectificaron, y no es por el valor de los 5,2 euros ; sino por lo absurdo de no rectificar la cuenta, como se rectifica si se equivocan al cobrarte cualquier artículo por error, y por muy agradable que sea el hotel, no lo recomiendo por el trato al cliente tan descortés que recibí

Ein schönes Haus direkt am See
Pros:

Das Hotel Starkl liegt perfekt nur durch eine Strasse vom Seeufer getrennt.
Das dazugehörende Restaurant bietet feines Essen mit äusserst aufmerksamen Service.
Die Einrichtung im alten Style überzeugt.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein recht kleines Zimmer, vor allem das Badezimmer war recht eng.

Beautiful, relaxing and picturesque
Pros:

Location was amazing. Fantastic access to the lake. The room was lovely and the restaurant was delicious. Staff were very helpful. Whole time in Bled was incredible.

Cons:

There is no lift, however the stairs are manageable with suitcases.

Hotel ist klasse, Essen super, blich auf den See toll

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört extrem was in der (Spül)Küche und dem Treppenhaus passiert. Außerdem waren die ganze Nacht irgendwelche Geräusche aus der Klimaanlage (?) zu hören, das hat die Nachtruhe etwas beeinträchtigt.

Excellent hotel! This was one of our favorite stays of our trip. The location could not have been better, with incredible views and an amazing atmosphere. The hotel was spotless, and both the front desk staff and restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, the views and overall vibe were simply amazing! Offered a great breakfast!! Parking onsite for a small charge. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Die Lage liegt direkt am See ist super. Die Zimmer sehr schön und alles super sauber. Pflegeprodukte von Rituals im Zimmer. Das Personal sehr freundlch. Haben auch Ausflugstipps parat. Im Restaurant haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Parkplätze direkt am Haus mit Reservierung.

Cons:

Straße geht zwischen Haus und Strand vorbei ist aber nur zu Stoßzeiten stark frequentiert. Nachts aber ruhig.
