Lovely hotel with a spectacular view of the lake
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel with a spectacular view overlooking the lake. The room was perfectly clean and a good size, nice bathroom and comfortable bed, with a nice little balcony. Breakfast was superb, excellent range of traditional dishes and exceptional quality. Staff were amazingly professional and attentive. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Nothing, it was great!

Absolute Empfehlung! Das Personal ist aussergewöhnlich zuvorkommend. Auf Wunsch bekommt man z.b. den Platz mit der besten Aussicht im Restaurant, auch wenn dafür ein Tisch abgeräumt werden muss. Das Hotel ist sehr praktisch für Zugreisende, nur 2 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, und mit einem Umweltzertifikat ausgezeichnet- zu Recht! Zum See muss man den Hügel hinunter, aber dafür ist die Lage im Gegensatz zum Ort Bled sehr ruhig und die Aussicht wunderschön. Ein weiteres besonderes Plus: feiner SPA und Gratisfahrräder. Ich werde dieses Hotel sicher weiterempfehlen!

Perfect atmosphere, nicest hosts - would rate it even higher than 10 if I could.
Pros:

The room was perfect, and it's the small details that always make the difference - a small tea set on the table, how everything was arranged and how we were welcome! Perfect experience! They even fulfilled us some special requests we had before, and even thought of dog treats that were waiting in the bowl for our little travel companion (we travelled with a dog)! Thank you!

Wonderful, should have stayed more days!
Pros:

Breakfast is fantastic, the staff is super nice and helpful and the room is very clean. The location is very good for single travelers, it’s close to the lake and to the access to the vintgar gorge.

Cons:

There’s no dinner, but apparently it’s because of the season.

Pros:

Lovely old hotel remodeled in the 2000s; great views from our one-bedroom with balcony, a comfortable bed, and very professional staff. Breakfast was served in the beautiful dining room overlooking the lake, and a small spa/ pool area is a welcome bonus. Parking was always available.

Cons:

The plumbing in the room and the spa area is outdated. It is difficult to control the water temperature.

Très bon petit déjeuner et le personnel très aimable. Un spa, pas négligeable si le temps n’est pas au rdv

Cons:

Si vous voyagez sans voiture et hors haute saison ce n’est pas évident. Le restaurant n’était pas ouvert, il faut marcher 40 min pour rejoindre le centre ville.
Ne vous attendez pas à une chambre avec vue, sauf si vous vous mettez debout sur une chaise pour la voir depuis le velux :)

Beautiful views of the Lake
Pros:

The balcony view was incredible, looking out directly onto Lake Bled and the island. The room was comfortable, clean, modern bathroom fixtures. The breakfast was lovely, again with the view looking directly onto the lake. The pool and sauna facilities were also great.

Cons:

The location is 10 minutes away from Bled town by taxi, which costs EUR15 per ride, unless you were to walk which is about 45 minutes away. The restaurant was also closed for dinner which we weren't aware of (possibly closed for good).
