Для не очень прихотливых туристов с небольшим бюджетом — превосходный выбор.
Pros:

Хорошее местоположение, рядом много мест где можно поесть, можно быстро дойти до моря, рабочий кондиционер

Cons:

Завтрак в очень уж советском духе — как будто приехал в пионерский лагерь. Кофе растворимый, чай в пакетиках, брр. Для того, чтобы пойти на завтрак, зачем-то нужно брать талон на ресепшне, это странно.

При уборке в номере почему-то не заменили полотенца и постельное бельё, просто «красиво» их повесили.

Гостиница находится рядом с торговым центром, пинтой, скай баром, клубом который находится в отеле холидей инн, рядом с остановкой с которой я ездила на автобусе до моря за 70 тенге )))
Есть завтрак, хороший, администраторы ребята замечательные , в основном молодеж, которые подскажут куда сходить что посмотреть.
Чисто было везде, кондиор работал хорошо.
В номере есть чайник и стаканы, холодильник, всем пользовалась.

Cons:

Гостиница конечно старая, матрас был с горбинкой но чистый, постельное белье было синтетическое и тонкое.

I knew from previous reviews that this hotel was old, but I was still shocked by its condition. “Outdated” is not the right word — it feels neglected.
The bathroom fixtures were old, rusty, and poorly maintained. The room walls had chipped paint and clearly needed renovation. The balcony was in terrible condition, with concrete crumbling away. The carpets in the hallways were stained, and the entire hotel looked like it had not been properly renovated or maintained for a very long time.
What surprised me most was the lack of even the simplest amenities for a seaside hotel. There was nowhere to dry wet swimsuits or towels, not even a basic clothesline or drying rack on the balcony. In such a windy city, hanging clothes over the railing is impossible. Small details like this make a big difference and show the level of attention given to guests’ comfort.
Overall, I was very disappointed. This hotel has great potential because of its location, but it urgently needs renovation and much better maintenance.

Pros:

位置很好，步行15分钟可以到达海边，酒店背后就有一家中餐馆，味道不错。房间很宽敞，带有小阳台，风景不错，只是设施比较陈旧。

Cons:

前台工作人员热情友善，但是餐厅工作人员态度极其冷淡，对所有人面无表情，即使面对友善的问候与感谢，也毫无反应。
