We are happy to find this resort and enjoyed our experience.
Pros:

The facility is very well maintained. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Rajesh who took good care of us. The food was very tasty. All family members felt happy with experience. We are definitely going to come back again.

Cons:

Work is going on in the premises.

It Was Okay.
Pros:

Breakfast was tasty and many options were there.
Location wise, till u are on main road, its fun but as soon as u enter the bylines, it looks like a never ending thin roads.

Cons:

Pricing is high compared to the property location, experience, food, facilities etc.

Too far from Sariska Tiger Reserve Gate and multiple operational issues encountered.
Pros:

It was a simple, nice and cozy resort. Breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

We experienced many operational issues like power outages, wifi wasn’t working, sports/games activities (eg badminton, table tennis & carom board) were very rundown. The location is really far from Sariska Tiger Reserve (around 45-55mins ride). There are no non-vegetarian options available or allowed unless ordered separately which takes longer time and is a bit expensive. Same goes with alcohol. For every request, staff has to check with someone from management and at the end there is a mismatch of information causing multiple iterations and hassles in communication. Also they called us several times to do a security deposit beforehand or they would cancel the booking which is not aligned with the booking.com terms.

A missed opportunity: beautiful exterior but rooms not maintained nor cleaned properly!
Pros:

The resort is in a beautiful location and has lovely and well manicured borders throughout.

Cons:

Where to start?
PLS READ to the end!
1. Our air conditioning did not have batteries and when we finally managed to get some, it did not work.
2. Our kettle was broken and when we asked for another one with water already boiled as we were leaving (breakfast only starts at 7am ) and wanted a hot drink, it took over 20 minutes to get … a jug of cold water! 🙄
3. As above, breakfast only starts at 7am. Visiting Sariska Animal Park is at 6 or 7am and a good 45minutes away. No breakfast to go; not even some fruit and bread could be prepared.
4. Dinner was fair priced and delicious but by order of the Manager (not due to local laws) no alcohol is served and you can only consume your own indoors. Staff were unhelpful and could not explain dishes; luckily we know Indian food well so could navigate it.
5. If you have a driver, be aware there is no driver accommodation or facilities. There is another little hotel nearby that has driver accommodation but it gets busy as it’s smaller than Devi. If your driver is not local, be kind and tell them in advance so they don’t sleep in their car as ours did in the end!
6. The staff are friendly on first appearance but have no motivation to sort out issues and pass problems on to another person… who also cannot help!
7. They were also unhelpful and mean to our driver. It got a little better after I addressed the issue myself but security still were nasty to him. unnecessary!!!
8. And FINALLY- our room area was ok for cleaning but the bathroom fail western standards in every way;
- shower is a trickle and spat everywhere
- nowhere to hang toilet paper so it stays dry while washing hands or showering - has to go on a tall shelf that can’t be reached if you are in the loo!
-towels were damp and when asked for new towels they were damp and not properly clean
- sink tap did not work properly so water could not be mixed: you can have either boiling or cold
- WORST OF ALL: toilet was dirty under rim, on base and under toilet seat.
