Good value and friendly. Would recommend.
Pros:

Room was good and warm, with sufficient toiletries and refreshments. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Shame we had to go elsewhere to have an evening meal but this did not detract overall from the stay.

Quiet location, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming
A true historic building, almost a museum, and to actually be able to stay and experience it was really amazing

I stayed here while I was doing the 3 peaks.
