Un haveli storico veramente splendido, gestito con amore dalla famiglia che occupa parte della struttura. Camere bellissime, ampie, pulite, piene di angoli per il relax sia all'interno della camera che sulle belle terrazze esterne. Un sogno!!! La struttura include un bel giardino interno dove si organizzano varie attività. La prima sera abbiamo assistito ad uno spettacolo di burattini tradizionali molto dirvertente, dolcissimo. I soggiorni interni sono sfruttati per la colazione ed è possibile anche cenare, tutto è preparato al momento e il cibo di ottima qualità.

Beautiful building from the owners great grandfather. Felt like stepping back into history. Would highly recommend. Owner shared a little about his family. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. Very friendly staff. We left a shirt in the room and they kindly delivered it to our next hotel. Highly recommend coming here, one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Freshly prepared dinner, they take the order and prepare. Good breakfast, porridge and tea were really good. Puppet show was very nice, had a very cozy atmosphere.

Extraordinary place where we've found peace, from crowded and noisy Jaipur streets.
Helpful and nice owner, delicious food, clean room. And in the evenings cooking classes (which unfortunately we didn't have time to attend - maybe next time) Puppet show. What to expect more. We highly recommend staying at Dera Mandawa.

The rooms were huge for 4 of us, clean, spotless and the staff were very polite and helpful. They even went over and beyond to arrange a birthday cake for my wife and decorated the room specially for us. The location is ideal as it is in the heart of the city. Walkable to the metro station, easy spot to get a rickshaw or taxi. The owner greeted us when we checked in and gave us a small talk tour of the history of the place, talked to us about his ancestors and explained the house rules. We had breakfast everyday during our stay and dinner on the first night which was homemade meals and were delicious. Could not ask more from our stay in Jaipur.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The cooking session and puppet show were highlights! Very authentic experiences.

Apart from the amazing property, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. Their generosity is noticeable. Even the owner got up early in the morning and supported us to get a car out to Udaipur as our flight got cancelled at the last minute. Cannot be more grateful to the team there. A big thank you to all!

I looked long and hard for a place to stay in Jaipur. I wanted a hotel that had charm and character but also was in a good location so I could walk out. I also wanted somewhere that was set back from the road, as Jaipur can be a little noisy for me. I am so happy I chose Dera Mandawa. The owner, Mr Singh, was very welcoming and so friendly, he helped me to organise my day trips and also gave advice on my trips outside Jaipur too. There is a restaurant in the Haveli with delicious home cooked food and the dining area is warm and welcoming. The building has so much history and Mr Singh will share information if you are interested to know. The rooms are vey clean, spacious and have super comfortable beds, The biggest thing I have to mention is the rooms have been sound-proofed so you can sleep soundly whilst the streets stay busy at night. The service is excellent and all the staff are really wonderful. Thank you for welcoming me Dera Mandawa , I will be back soon!
