Excellent stay at the city centre.
Pros:

It is located at the centre of the city, close to amenities. Professional staff, great breakfast, a lot of vegetarian options. The room was clean and well maintained. It has good parking space.

Cons:

Hotel location is good and brand name but service was not upto mark as expected from a 4-star hotel

The room service experience was very bad.
1) They did not provide drinking water refill
2) Lot of delay and multiple followup required in serving food at room
3) While check out the helper took my luggage and then left it near the gate. It was not loaded in my car. I had to do my self
