Satisfying, memorable, special, tasty!
Pros:

Staff - amazing, kind, hardworking, helpful, happy, personable.

Food and restaurants - always so delicious with so, so many healthy, fresh options,

Cons:

Smoking - please do not allow smoking at all areas of resort, especially restaurants. Designated areas would be appreciated, especially with children. Being from Canada, this was definitely eye opening.

We were also shocked at the amount of waste created by the resort. Cups and straws - recycle them, don’t just leave in the little pot garbage cans that ends up collected and discarded as garbage. Expect more from your guests - finishing the food you take at buffet, tidying your own poolside/beachside sitting area (recycle and discard your waste/don’t it to be picked up) - most guests were so messy and lazy and ignorant about how they leave public areas, expecting so much from employees when they could easily clean up after themselves. This was also shocking to us and our kids, who took better care of your resort than most adults there did.

Güzel bir tatilde eğlendik dinlendik

Denize sıfır denilen şey bu olsa gerek
Otelin kendisi genel olarak çok büyüktü ama bize çok iyi bir oda denk geldi

персонал приветливый, кухня вкусная и много

Cons:

Отель вряд ли тянет на 5*. Номерной фонд оставляет желать лучшего. в бунгало по вечерам прохладно, кондиционер не настроен на тепло. Попросили поменять номер, поменяли, переехали в главный корпус, но заплатили 40 евро, Также у нас выезд из номера был 17.00. нам продлили до 15.00., но заплатили 30 евро.

Отличный семейный отель в Белеке
Pros:

Очень любим этот отель за его прекрасную большую и зеленую территорию. В конце сезона очень комфортно - меньше туристов, поэтому нет очередей и всем всего хватает. Погода стояла солнечная и теплая в конце октября. По сравнению с тем годом обновили бар у моря и теперь там предлагают мороженое и снеки. Выбор еды в ресторане достаточно разнообразный, такой же как и в предыдущие годы. Все было вкусное и свежее. Каждый вечер в лобби баре с 7 до 9 был потрясающий пианист! Слушать его было одно удовольствие!

Cons:

В том году в ресторане и лобби баре напитки разносили официанты, а сейчас нужно было стоять в очереди. Наверное это связано с экономией, чтобы туристы меньше пили, так как не всем хочется стоять в очереди по 5-10 минут за одним коктейлем.
Персонал в отеле был прекрасный, кроме девушек на ресепшене! Встретили нас с недовольным лицом, дали ужасный номер. Но хорошо что поменяли в итоге.
В целом отдыхом остались очень довольны! И для меня ситуация с напитками была не критична

Agréable malgré quelques problèmes

On avait demandé un early check-in par email avant de partir ils ont accepté sous reserve de disponibilité, une fois sur place même s’il y’a disponibilité on a demandé un supplément de 80 euro chose que je trouve non professionnel, alors que d’autres hotels le font gratuitement

Beautiful place that needs improvement
Pros:

Beach, pools, slides. The territory is amazing. Turkish night is fantastic.

Cons:

The food gets worse with every year (we come every year since 2020). A la carte restaurants- Mexican, Turkish and Italian- now replaced with a single dining concept which isn’t tasty. Back at the day there weee shrimps, crabs and mussels were would be happy to see them returning. Some of the staff are slow and lazy. And the staff selling extra services like spa and photography are extremely annoying.
