Мы отдыхали семьей с маленьким ребенком 3 года. Нам очень все понравилось! У нас был отличный двухэтажный номер с видом на море! Очень много, вкусно готовили, вкусное мороженое! Море рядом! Песчаный пляж, достаточно лежаков! Вечером развлекательные программы, детская площадка, аквапарк! И еще всего много хорошего для отдыха!!!! Рекомендуем однозначно!

Das Asteria Family Resort Belek –
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Urlaub mit der Familie und einer größeren Gruppe – insgesamt etwa 12 Personen.
🌴 Belek und Antalya – Ausflügen und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gesucht.
🚌 Belek-Zentrum –
🚗 Ausflüge direkt vom Hotel – besonders wichtig war dass ich auch mit Baby und Rollstuhl/behinderter Person geeignet sind.
✈️ Die Reise insgesamt gut organisiert bekommen – Hotel, Transfer, Flug und Gepäck waren für mich wichtige Themen

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht 100 % sauber.
Es war immer wieder Sand auf dem Boden.
Teilweise war sogar Sand im Bett.
Die Reinigung war deshalb für dich nicht gründlich genug

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Asteria Family Resort Belek. Everything was generally very nice, including the cleanliness, food, staff, and overall service.

However, one issue that really affected our experience was the reservation system for the à la carte restaurants. Unfortunately, going to the restaurants without a reservation led to arguments almost every day.

There was also a table for 12 people that we asked to use, but we were told that it had been reserved for a birthday celebration. However, there was no birthday celebration at that table. The same family used the table throughout all the days of our stay. This was quite disappointing, especially since we were a large group and would have really appreciated being able to sit together.

We believe the reservation system should be more transparent and fair for all guests, so that misunderstandings and unnecessary arguments can be avoided.

Apart from these issues, we were very happy with the hotel and enjoyed our stay. With some improvements to the à la carte restaurant reservation system, the overall guest experience could be much better.

Great service and beautiful nature!
Pros:

A great hotel with a perfect location and beautiful surrounding nature! The food was delicious and varied throughout our stay. A special thanks to the manager — he was incredibly attentive and always ready to help with absolutely any issue.

Cons:

The only thing that requires attention is the condition of the rooms. They definitely need some renovation and updating to fully match the hotel's high level of service.

Bra och prisvärt, skulle absolut bo där 1vecka igen i framtiden.
Pros:

Allt du kan tänka dig fanns på resortet vilket var skönt med småbarn, ett MÅSTE är barnvagn om ditt barn inte klarar att gå själv i värme. Stranden var fin och alla snacksbarer som fanns lättillgängliga

Cons:

Rummen behöver absolut ses över, det är närmare 3 stjärnig standard på dom, men tur man spenderade väldigt lite tid där.

Tolles Familienhotel!
Pros:

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal hier und kommen immer wieder gerne zurück. Sehr große und schöne Anlage, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und perfekt für Familien. Unser 16-jähriger Sohn findet hier immer schnell Freunde aus verschiedenen Ländern. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Alvina von der Rezeption, die uns bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich geholfen und uns zwei passende Zimmer gezeigt hat. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Das Essen war immer sehr lecker, aber etwas mehr Abwechslung bei den Gerichten wäre noch schöner gewesen.

В отель поехали уже пятый раз. Раньше ездила с подругой, в этот раз решила поехать с мужем в медовый месяц. Как всегда все было на высоте. Отлично отдохнули и обязательно вернемся еще! Люблю этот отель за особую "домашнюю" атмосферу. За счет домиков приезжаешь будто себе на дачу) вкусно, красиво, тепло, вежливый персонал. Что еще надо для счастья?) Обязательно вернемся еще

Добавить в номера освежители для воздуха в туалете бы не помешало:) И зубную пасту

Good value for money , nice place
Pros:

Food quality, Drinks , you don’t need to go out of the hotel you will find all what you need , entertainment very good too

Cons:

1- very disappointing with the bed bugs , we didn’t realise in the beginning, we thought it is mosquitos, I’m not sure it is in all the blocks or only our block of rooms , our block start with number 6 so it your room start with number 6 ( 6125) make sure it is bugs free
2-needs more sign to get the direction as it is big , and more information about the entertainment what is happing at the night as it is every day different show or party and you don’t know what is going on , we still were happy with the black and will come again as there is no bugs
