Advice for booking.com - please take some action with such people.
Pros:

They denied my booking by saying there is no room available now.

Cons:

Lack of professionalism. Tried calling them multiple times but did no response after the first conversation that they will provide the room. After multiple times they picked up the call and denied my booking.
