In general it was a great stay.
Pros:

Loved the service, great location the view was fantastic. Loved it that it had a swimming pool great to enjoy with the whole family and the water was amazingly warm.
The steam room topped it all up fantastic.

Cons:

The food was good but needed to be served warm, at dinner and breakfast time food got served cold. Would have liked for the pancakes to be warm as they would have been enjoyed more.
