Було б непогано додати мікрохвильовку у кожен котедж, коли береш їжу з собою немає де розігріти.

Невеличкі косметичні встручання, такі як справити полички у душевих та підкрутити розетки і все буде гуд))

Непогане місце для святкування весіль, ювілеїв. Для заміського відпочинку не дуже підходить, якщо шукаєте тиші і спокою.

Приїдемо ще, але..

Близько до міста

Cons:

Вже не вперше в комплексі, бачу зміни. Вже немає кавоварки в будиночку. Вже не можна користуватися віником в сауні. Так і немає дитячих зон і місць. Немає мікрохвильовки, за мангал додаткова оплата. Дорого, але мало альтернатив

Можливо, влітку, там гарно, але весною там можна затриматись на 1-2 дні максимум.
Pros:

Новий модельний будиночок. Поки нове- то нормально. Навіть пахне деревом і ремонтом.

Cons:

Чомусь всю ніч був стукіт у батареях і доводилось постійно їх підкручувати (це якась їх система). На другу ніч вже не витримали, то викрутили всі батареї, щоб воно не стукало. Бо спати неможливо було.
Також чомусь для двоспальних ліжок що у нас, що у друзів були односпальні ковдри. Довелось вночі брати пледи, які в знаходяться в шафі, але звичайно до них не було підковдр. Вже на дві ночі якось вижили.

Нужен срочный ремонт и честно говорить про свет,да ,есть ,но не всегда.
Pros:

Даже в такое время был свет ,вода и тепло. Но свет часа через час, иногда через два ,генератор под домом практически.

Cons:

Шум трассы, домик был у нас самый первый от шоссе. Даже ночью с закрытыми окнами точно слышал едет фура или легковой автомобиль.

Тепло, но только на втором этаже ,на первом было 15-16 градусов. Из душа надо было очень быстро добираться на второй этаж.

Все уже пожившее ,и видавшее ,где-то плитка отошла ,где-то держатель полотенец отвалился ,где-то ржавый душ.
