Pros:

All went well. The room was comfortable and clean. It was very warm there which is amazing when you have minus 12 outside. One more pleasant bonus was electricity. It was available all the time. Thanks a lot for hospitality. I’m completely satisfied and definitely will stay again

Cons:

Just the absence of a hair dryer inside , but it was possible to take it on the reception,
And it’s better to make a note somewhere that there are 10+ stairs before the entrance in case if someone in the honourable age decides to stay or after a surgery. All the rest was perfect .

Мама із подругою були по справі у Києві. Дуже зручне розташування, близько зупинка транспорту,метро, поруч багато магазинів, напроти великий торгівельний центр,аптека. Номер відмінний,дуже теплий, відкривали вікно ( на вулиці було до -12), в готелі свій генератор,тож вода є постійно і гаряча,і тепла. Світло практично завжди є. Брали номер з двома окремими ліжками на третьому поверсі. Ліжка дуже зручні, білизна чиста та гарна! Є телевізор , інтернет. У ванній кімнаті є все для душу (мило, шампунь,полотенце), чисто. Дуже затишно! На ресепшині є холодильник, мікрохвильова, чайник. Адміністратор ввічлива, усі питання вирішили миттєво. Дуже дякуємо! Якщо буде потрібно ще раз до Києва,то обов'язково зупинились би у вашому готелі!

Гарний готель, чистий і доглянутий номер, тепло та приємна атмосфера.

Cons:

Єдині незручності — поганий стік води в душовій та те, що через слабку шумоізоляцію було чутно розмови у коридорі.
