Good place to stay in Creel.
Pros:

Location was central in Creel. Each room has its own AC/heat unit. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Windows in the rooms did not open. WiFi was lackluster.

Nothing at all, the hotel just ignored my reservation and they asked me to look for another place to stay. They were rude and unprofessional.

they failed to provide good customer service and didn’t care a little the mistake they made
Pros:

they didn’t honored my reservation and walked me out because they didn’t have rooms left for me, even when i booked it 3months prior.
they sent me to a motel with dirty sheet, hair on the bed and a spider walking around

Cons:

horrible customer service .

Walk to restaurants & stores. Parking is on the street, allowed motorcycle to be in their open lobby section, with full view of front desk. Buffet breakfast available for a fee (100). Large sitting area in lobby.
