The staff and the room was amazing!! The food was great and the views from the room at sun rise was special.
- Vue incroyable (levé du soleil parfait)
- Personnel aux petits soins (limite parfois un peu trop)
- Pleins de services à disposition
- Repas servi en chambre, dans la piscine ou bien meme sur le toit avec jacuzzi sans supplément
- Petit details, mais les baie vitrée devraient être un peu mieux entretenues pour profiter pleinement de la vue.
- Les saveurs du petit dejeuner peuvent être améliorées, mais restent tout à fait convenables !
This hotel has managed to create a sense of welcoming, wellness and fulfilling of wishes which is very hard to find anywhere else in the world.
The room is very comfortable and super spacious, with perfectly working aircon, amazing walk-in shower, and a great atmosphere. The outdoor area with the pool and the amazing view is hard to beat. The restaurant has a wide selection and does not get boring even after a few days staying here - for breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner. The possibility to eat in the room or in the restaurant caters for every opportunity.
But what gives this place its positive and welcoming spirit is the staff. Every single one working there was unbelievably friendly, welcoming and smiley. They were super helpful and especially quick, no matter what question, wish or problem we had. Everyone was always happy to chat, took his or her time without rushing or having things to do, recommended a lot to us and made sure all the time, that our stay is the best it can be.
We are coming from a country, where customer service is not very high on the priority list, so we are always happy when we go to other countries, where the customer service is important and staff take it seriously. But epic suites truly put customer service on a whole new level of friendliness, feeling like home and having the opportunity to ask for whatever we needed without feeling needy.

We started our trip at this wonderful accommodation on Panglao Island – and it couldn’t have been a better beginning. From the very first minute, we received a warm welcome.
The room was perfectly oriented towards the sunrise, which we could enjoy every morning. Our private pool with its stunning sea view was a true highlight – as was the floating breakfast, which we enjoyed three times during our stay.
The service was outstanding: whenever we left our room, the staff kindly checked if everything was alright or if we needed anything. Everyone was consistently friendly, attentive and very accommodating.
We also rented a nearly new Yamaha scooter for two days, which was perfect for exploring the island’s points of interest. The price-performance ratio was excellent.
On request, we enjoyed the catch of the day, including a delicious Red Snapper and lobster – both prepared wonderfully. We also treated ourselves to 90-minute massages at the in-house spa, where the therapists were highly professional.
One evening, we had the open-air bathtub prepared and enjoyed a relaxing bath with ambient lighting in the warm evening air, accompanied by a glass of wine.
We were able to truly unwind here and would highly recommend this accommodation.

The facilities, room and the location is what we like the most plus the friendliness of the crew. Also, the fact that the service charge are going to the cats and dogs from the streets.
The food wasn’t that good pretty basic for the price you have to pay, I had steak the first night and it was undercooked and my partner had pasta and it was dry and bland for over 2k it was a bit poor

The place was just exceptionnel.
We chose to stay 3 nights here as a part of our honeymoon trip, and it was just perfect. From the very warm welcome of the team at our arrival, to the delicious food of the kitchen, the perfect service of the waiters and the team at the reception, we were able to live the true honeymoon expérience thanks to them.
They Even treated us with a massage for 2 and a jacuzzi evening (which i definitly recommand btw, definitly worth).
The food also was very very good, we ate exclusivly at the restaurant, they give a complimentary breakfast , and honestly I think we tried everything on the menu, all the things were very tasty.
Thank you for this expérience, honestly if it wasn’t the last nights of our journey, we definitly would have canceled the next reservation so as to stay a bit longer.
