Pros:

Excellent stay, with great food on the evenings we were too tired to explore the beautiful surrounds. Really accommodating and friendly staff. Can't recommend highly enough.

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff
Pros:

The booking was for my daughter on her first trip to Africa. The gerant has helpen her enourmously, helping her finding an ATM and assisting her getting her SIM (even walked with her to the store). Overall, really kind and helpful.

Cons:

Swimmingpool still broken but was not missed.

Un havre de propreté agréable à vivre à tout point de vue.
Pros:

Hôtel cosy et propre en contraste avec la rue défoncée et crasseuse devant. Un havre de propreté agréable à l’ œil. Personnel de l’ hôtel au petit soin et plein de sympathie. Restaurant et piscine à l’ intérieur de l’ enceinte.Les pizzas du chef cuites au feu de bois sont excellentes.

Comfortabel verblijf met vriendelijk onthaal, maar extra kosten voor basisdiensten
Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam onthaal, mooie ruime kamer en comfortabele bedden en badkamer. Alles was erg proper. Ook een restaurant ter plaatse en een groot scherm (voetbal). Security aanwezig dag en nacht. Ngor en Almadies op wandelafstand.

Cons:

We vonden het spijtig dat bepaalde standaard voorzieningen van hotels enkel beschikbaar waren tegen een serieuze meerprijs. Zo konden we enkel tegen hoog tarief kledij wassen bij een pressing, en konden we bij check out de bagage niet een paar uur in een beveiligde ruimte laten zonder een halve dag extra te betalen (+/- 40 EUR), hoewel sommige kamers niet verhuurd waren. Na lang aandringen konden we onze spullen (muv laptops) in een open ruimte laten. Zoals overal in Dakar liet de wifi het soms afweten.

Chambres très belles et celles de l étage sont immenses!
Bonne emplacement pour visiter et sortir dans le quartier des Almadies. Bon rapport qualité prix! Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Pas assez de pression pour l eau. Tarifs élevés pour les boissons et repas.

La gentillesse de tout le personnel.
Cette maison est magnifique.
J'avais pris une seule nuitée parce que le lendemain je devais récupérer une maison que j'avais loué pour recevoir mes sœurs et mes parents qui arrivaient le lendemain. Finalement je n'ai pas eu la maison que j'avais louée et Corinne (la gérante) m'a aidé à trouver une solution et nous sommes finalement restés à 'La Maison de Celine' pour tout notre séjour.

A beautiful place to stay.
Pros:

The room and the bathroom are big and beautiful. The swimming pool is very nice and clean. Lovely environment. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Check out time is before 1pm, but the cleaning ladies started cleaning our room in the morning while we were swimming in the pool and we hadn't checked out yet. Our bags and belongings were still in the room by then.
No curtain in the shower and so the bathroom gets wet easily after shower.
We saw 1 small cockroach in the bathroom (room number 2) on the first night.

Pros:

Breakfast was not up to the mark, i did not found it even passable also. Might be due to issue of electricity Hotel was not having good illumination. In rush hours i.e. morning. If you take bath at 4 am in morning. You are getting acceptable pressure but if you take shower by mistakenly in peak hours i.e. around 7.30 to 8.30 there is absolutely no pressure in water.
