Wonderful facilities. Beach nearby, pool and spa. We had an all inclusive package and the hotel had a wide choice of restaurants and eateries
It was a bit isolated away from tourist sites and public transportation. No problem unless you want to do some touring.
Cooperation of workers
Staff, facilities, food, view...everything was good
Kids club didn`t work on Sunday(
Everything was great. The hotel is very beautiful and clean, the food is good and the staff is so kind.
The water of the outdoor swimming pool was too cold and the WiFi was a bit slow.
Our room was upgraded to a Family Room, which was a wonderful and thoughtful surprise from the hotel. It made our stay feel special, as all of the kids could sleep in their own area, separate from the adults, while still being in one suite. I also want to highlight the food quality; it was truly delicious.
It's a minor thing, but I would recommend starting the evening show just a bit earlier.
The head of the restaurant who works at night, sorry, I lost his name, no hair, he's like me😄
it does its job perfectly.
I'm not writing this to you for no reason, because I was the manager of a large restaurant chain in Zurich, just so you can understand me better.
and I think it should be a manager I haven't even seen.
the guy is perfect.
staff fantastic,
preferably a little better knowledge of the language, just a little, then it can be combined with facial expressions, I also put managers of the fields! that as managers they should know at least two languages. I am
Had to know 4 languages.
bartender!!!
all of them are super fast and too fast even for such a speed and maximum used time, simply TOP.
and I will definitely come again.
Thank you all for your efforts and kindness and for everything.
let this be freely published
the hotel is worth every recommendation, and I insist that the message be sent to the hotel management.
with due respect

Stay from: 11.10-25.10-2024
1. Great location. Oceanside but a long walk between the building and the beach, which is true for all beaches along this strip.
2. Good soundproofing of windows. Most of the outside noise was blocked out.
3. Excellent food buffet style. Breakfast has great choices of salads and many types of food. They have theme nights for dinner-- seafood, Italian, international, Turkish, Asian, etc.-- all you can eat.
4. Very nice housekeeping staff. Every day she made decorations with towels in the room. One instance she put flower petals on the bed and another she put petals on the bathroom sink.
5. Large pool.
6. There is an area in the beach that is roped off exclusively for hotel guests.
7. Large open green grassy space.
8. There is a themed a la carte restaurant if one chooses not to have buffet. They have theme nights - Turkish, Fish (at the top floor with nice view from the balcony), Italian. It's a set menu except for the main dishes. You have to choose your main course among 4-5 choices. Usually dinner consists of a starter, salad, soup, main, and dessert.
9. Well maintained facilities. Well manicured gardens.
1. Some of the staff could be rude at times-- front desk, guest services. They need a bit more customer service training.
2. The massage/spa attendants are very pushy. They are like used cars salesmen. Trying to push their product and get you to pay immediately once you sign up even if your appointment is still days away so it'll be harder to get a refund if you decide to cancel. Although I had a great massage. The price was a bit expensive.
3. Since the rooms are not carpeted, the hotel should provide slippers. Bathrobes are available but in most hotels I've stayed, bathrobes come with slippers.
4. My wife got sick at midnight and we had to call a hotel doctor which recommended us to go to the hospital. The hospital was on the other side of town, 35 minutes away. I'm not sure how a person could survive if it was a more critical emergency. I'm told there were other hospitals much closer. I don't know why they sent us so far away.
5. Pool and beach chairs gets filled up quickly. People would put their towels on the chairs and disappear for hours. I wish there is a way to prohibit that so those who want to use the pool or beach will have a place.
6. They serve food almost all hours of the day, except between 4pm and 7pm. They should have another snack time from 4-7pm before dinner started.
7. Dinner starts at 7pm. For those who don't like to eat late, they should start serving dinner at 6pm.
8. They don't provide currency exchange. Perhaps they are not authorized to, but if that's the case they should have a bank install an ATM onsite. The nearest ATM is at the main road, maybe 700+ meters away.
7. TVs in the rooms are small. C'mon, invest in larger TVs and provide more English channels.
8. Wine selection could be improved. The house wine was disappointing to say the least, and ruins the themed dinner-- whether in the buffet or a la carte restaurant.
9. Bathroom amenities are a bit short.
I am sorry the stay was not likable. The staff from manager to waiters was unfriendly. I requested 3 months ago for two rooms to be together or close but the manager Ahmet gave me rooms 12 doors away from my kids. I have confirmation that they agreed to have it close to one another. My room had a view of the dirt bins and wine bottles. When I queried and showed my emails he then moved us close to one another immediately. No one can speak English, it was so difficult to communicate with staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially people of colour like us. We felt out of place as everyone kept looking at us like we aliens but yet Muslim Indians from South Africa.
Knowing the hotel caters for tourist, they should employ staff who can speak English, from Managers to cleaners. Even the pool guy did not understand me as I asked where can I get a pool towel. Create a non-alcohol section for Muslims not only cater people who wishes to drink alcohol. The hotel is all inclusive but I could only drink Cola drinks. No Mocktails or milkshakes for my kids as they make the alcohol drinks in the same machines and bottle shakers. Technically I paid for all inclusive but did not get the benefit of it. The hotel needs to inform that tourist that the taxis are a RIP-OFF and have a shuttle services to most tourist destinations (Land of Legend, Aquarium, etc). At the end the manager checked me out and did not even say "safe travel" or walked me out but as soon as other white people came in he went to carry their bags.
Nice hotel with all relevant facilities, most friendly staff, good quality food, clean rooms.
The only thing we didn’t like was that there’s no boulevard in Lara where you walk safely with small kids.
